I got this for my grandson who was starting first grade. He loves Spiderman and spent a lot of time this summer wearing his spiderman costume playing pretend games.
He was thrilled with the school pack pack and could not wait for his friends to see it. This bag is well made and big enough to hold all they need for school. Well worth the price.
This backpack has a nice 3D plastic relief picture and is very cool from a kid's perspective. However, from the parent's perspective, the quality is below expectation. There is no padding in the back at all and no real padding in the straps. This would not be easy on a little kid's back and shoulders, and my feeling is it would not last long. The canvas isn't nice to the touch and does not seem high quality. For comparison, my child wore a Disney backpack previously and the quality of that was much better. I returned the product and purchased a different one.
