
I was looking for a bag for a laptop I got from a client. I looked at several and was looking for the one the client had and I found it for what I thought was a great price. It is the exact bag. When it arrived it looked new, but after almost slicing my hand open when I felt the broken buckle for the shoulder strap zip tied to the bag 4 times. I really didn't care for the shoulder strap, I can use others I have off of other luggage if I need one. But it would have been nice to know up front it was defective and what that defect was. If I did cut my hand open my lawyers would be handling this now, but for now, here's my review. I never contacted the vendor, not worth the hassle and I have a functional bag in good shape.
