I bought this backpack used and the seller claimed it was "very good" and it wasn't. It was badly frayed and I had to trim it with scissors. Then the front pouch zipper was un-usable and I bought a new zipper and sewed it in. Then When I gave a low rating for the product the sellor sent me emails every day to change the rating which I did not. After all the work I put into the zippor I wasn't going through the hassle of shipping it back. Don't sell people crap and you won't get a low rating.The knapsack itself is great as far as size is concerned. I can carry two 17" notebooks ( I have one Asus that won't fit in any notebook bags ) AND a 10" tablet with all the extras with no problems, so if you want space this backpack will do the job.
