Le Donne Leather Women's Everyday Backpack Purse

I got the red backpack purse and it is fire engine red. It is colorful but I think that the color limits where it can be worncould just be my age! But consider that when selecting your color. The outside pockets are rather useless in my opinion as the top part is smaller than the lower half and that limits what can slide into it (them as are on both sides). The outside zipper compartment won't hold very much if the larger interior department has a reasonable amount in it.

It is good quality leather and seems to be well made.

I've been using this for 2 months and I'm so impressed with how well made it is. I'm rough with purses but this still looks and acts brand new. The zippers are amazingly cooperative. They take the stress of an overfilled purse without any worry of breaking. The purse is perfect for those times you only need a small bag. It has a tall design so there's the sense that small items have worked their way to the bottom. This is not a problem if you aren't carrying too much. The front pouch has 2 holders for pens which is nice but almost too short for my 5 and 3/8 inch long pen. The side pockets are nice for a slim cell phone. I keep a book light in the other pocket. So anyone looking for a small reliable handbag that's designed as a backpack look no further!

The only reason I'm not giving this backpack 5-stars is because the zipper is difficult to use. It's big enough for what I want it for...in fact, it even holds my iPad if I take the case off AND my HTC Aria phone fits in the side pocket. The leather is thin but it's lined so it should keep it's shape. If it doesn't, I will be re-posting.

This purse is high quality and I love it. The back pack option is really nice. It took a very long time to arrive; long past the original expected ship and receipt time. I don't know what the hold up was, however, it seems to have been worth the wait.
