Mojo "Skull Zip" Backpack

The description states "2 Main compartments and 2 secondary compartments. 2 side pockets and organizer inside" but the bag only has one main compartment. There is no divider inside the main zippered area. Plus the HUGE zipper does not work well and makes the bag childish.

Great graphics but poor design on the bag. I rate the Graphics 5 stars but the bag itself 0 (zero) stars. I am not sure what they are trying to do with the HUGE zipper on the main compartment but it takes away from the bag. The main compartment is one large area and it needs a divider for a laptop. Replace the main zipper with those used on other pockets and put a divider in then you have a 5 star backpack.

I have submitted an RMA with the company to send back the bag. I will try to take pictures before I send it back.

I purchased this for Christmas for my 4th grader. He started using it in January when he went back to school after break. By February the seams started falling apart. By March the top and side seam were completely split open, and by April the back back was unusable. The construction is terrible and the fabric is shredded. I wish I could post the picture I took and sent to customer service. I have emailed customer service on 4 separate occasions and have yet to receive a response. I cannot believe the terrible quality and service I have received after spending that kind of money. I am sorely disappointed in the product and quite disgusted with the complete lack of customer service. Unless you want to roll up $45 and toss it in the garbage, DO NOT buy this backpack.

Good picture on the back pack and has alot of space for you to put in more school things than other back packs have.

Ive had this backpack for almost a year now with no problems with the zipper, the compartments or anything. I've used it everyday and carry at least 15 pounds in it daily.

The people that had the zipper fall apart out say its childish obviously can't take care of their things and don't like nice looks.
