Pokemon 16 Inch Backpack - Black and Blue

We bought this for our son's birthday. Within a week of owning it, the zipper for the front pocket broke and the bag is basically worthless since the front pocket simply sags wide open now. Anything that is put in that pocket will just fall out. Further, since it sags, you can't see the pokemon pictures.

My son loves this backpack, but it is made of cheap material. He is in kindergarten, so it hasn't been carrying a lot of weight. It has a 12" long hole right next to the zipper where the material is frayed.
