My son is about to turn 3 and he loves this backpack. It's still kind of big on him but I figured I would get a bigger size and he can use it for school later. Right now, he just uses it to put his toys and books in to bring over to grandmas house to stay the night. It has great compartments and it's a nice and sturdy material. Great for the price!
