I just recieved the backpack and the shipping was very fast. Lots of compartments to store many items, and it easily stores my 17in laptop in the back. Soft lining and seems quite durable, so far I am very very happy with my purchase.

I bought this backpack shortly after buying a new laptop because I didn't want to carry a separate case for my laptop. This one is perfect for me. There's plenty of pockets for all the little things I carried around in school (pens, notebooks, phone charger, iPod, etc.).

I love the simple black color with a few hints of color on the outside, and then the fun print on the inside. Great value on product. Very durable.

I do like Amazon, but if you're looking for a good deal in today's economy, do your due diligence for a best offer. I am not a student; might be returning to grad school in the future. However, I need it to commute to work and my weekend trips to NYC. Like the black, but also want to be different and subtle. This has very few neon yellow, but it adds distinction and the latest trend is that the 80's neons are back in style for now. I cannot wait to receive this and do an in-depth review. I have bought the cheapos in chain malls, but I hear and read that Dakine is the best for your money and back. I was torn btw the Frankie and Zuri, but also like the Jewel. The Jewel has great compartments for a key tag and insulation, and it was more North South and a Sturnum strap, but it looked like I was still on campus with the water bottle pockets. The Frankie, had the secure back pocket, but to rounded looking and didnt want to look like a turtle. So the Zuri was the one.

The Normandale book store in MN was charging about $56 with a ground shipping of $8.50. Others were insane like $75 for the bag with an additional $10 for ground. Duh no thanks!
