The issue with the lack of internal support is that if you are digging into this for anything the bag kind of falls into itself, so if something small is at the bottom, a pen, keys, whatever, you have to get it up onto your lap wide open to dig around. Again though the bag is casual and stylish and the construction again seems like it will hold up over time.
I have taken to just inserting an 11 x 17 piece of chip board to help the bag internally with support. I carry a small mirrorless camera, a compact camera, a Joby tripod, a Switronix Torch LED Bolt light as well as a small photo accessory pouch crammed with odds and ends and it all fits quite well within the main compartment. There is also an additional tablet pocket (this is where having just a little extra support internally would have really made sense, alas no).
There are also two equaully sized outer pockets (which quite serendipitously are the perfect size for my Creative Light 20" silver/white reflector (folded down of course). The other stores iPod, buds, pens. Lastly there is a zippered pocket on the opposite side of the bag that is half the height and runs the length of the bag for whatever else you might want to keep easily accessible.
So, to sum it up. A good bag with stylish appeal that could have been a bit more sturdy, but is still good at what it does. The price is a bit high and would still be so were it to have included the slight padding within the bag I wish it had. Unless you have disposable income, I would wait until the price hits $50 to make it a fair comsumer value.
Hope this helped.
