Microsoft MT Backpack for 16-Inch Laptops (Red Trim)

Purchased and received this order a week ago, so far its held up extremely well. Zippers, sewing, and construction seem good, also i bought this bag due to a custom ordered 1,500 laptop i also just purchased. It seems to take care of it superb, and the laptop compartment is extremely well insulated and protected. Ordering another one of these for the g/f soon enough.

The stitching that holds the SHOULDER STRAP to the backpack is coming loose after only one week. This looked like a 5-Star backpack, but its not.

The actual item itself is fantastic, durable and does what I bought it for. I gave it 3 stars because it does not come with an mp3 pocket nor a storage pocket on the back like the item description states. In addition amazon doesn't refund money just because an item description is off.
