itwm shipped on time. item was packed in all original packaging. it's a nice bag but i thought it would be a little more sturdy for my 4th grader. it will do for now, but not sure how long it will last during the school year?

I bought this for my daughter because she wanted a Hello Kitty bag. When it arrived I was a little worried that it was too small. She has been carrying it for 3 months now and it's held up very well. And not once have we not had enough room for all her books. I was worried too that the white face of Hello Kitty would get all dirty but the bag still looks new.

My daughter adores this backpack, but after half a year of school it's fraying and ripping. So far it's just the lining between the main pocket and the front pocket, but it's definitely not going to last the year.

i bought this for my daughter for christmas i recieved it it was well made from what i thought . she took it to school for only her 2nd day and came home and the white hello kitty face already had a hole with w piece missing , shes not hard on her stuff and her backpack stays in a cubby all day at school
