We travel a great deal within Europe; all our bags are Eagle Creek. Bought this one, sight unseen, on the strength of our good experiences over many years with Eagle Creek, as our standard carryon bags are now too large for the European carriers, and we're being forced to check them. Very disappointed in the bag. It's extremely small, and difficult to pack as it opens only part way. By contrast, the Travel Pro bag I bought to use instead of this one, is larger but still fits the new requirements. And most importantly, the lid gussets have snaps that allow the bag to open fully for ease of packing.
