I loved the look of this but I planned on getting my 2 year-old niece the backpack from Dora for Christmas and my 4 year-old nephew a Spongebob backpack to make it even. Well it turns out that hers was much smaller, either that or his was just huge. I know it says the length of the backpack but I honestly hadn't thought that 16 inches was that big. Its bigger than he is...that would be my only complaint. Apart from that, its done him well. He uses it when he sees his grandfather and dad on the weekends so its been serving well so far =)
