Jordan Boys Black/Red Mesh Overlay Backpack

I expected this product to be of great quality, especially because I paid over $30. Within the first week we discovered the shoulder pad unraveling and coming apart. I spent more money getting it repaired, only to find out a few weeks later another part of the backpack was unraveling as well. I will not be buying Nike backpacks via Amazon ever again.

this was my first time using Amazon and i am not impressed. i ordered the Nike Jumpman Backpack Mesh with Black and red Jordan symbol. not only was the item 3 weeks late but it was the wrong bag. the bag that i received was a black toddler backpack with a silver Jordan symbol. not at all what i ordered. i need to find out how i can return the item and get my money back.

The back pack is a nice backpack. My son uses it for school and likes how it looks. The only downside is one zipper broke about 2 months after he started using it. He may have overstuffed his backpack but it has never happened on other backpacks.
