Was a little concerned about buying this bag because the previous two reviews were mixed. Took a chance anyway. Haven't gotten to heavily use the bag yet, but so far it fits all my law school books and computer no problem. The front pockets are great and large enough to fit everything I need. I'll update this if things change, but so far great style and great bag!

While i like the look of the bag, it has a few problems. The strap is very cheap looking and shiny. The metal loop holding the strap in place bent within a day of normal use (My laptop is heavy, but not THAT heavy), making the strap useless. The laptop sleeve is also not padded at all. I was very disappointed in this, and am returning it.

I ordered this bag to carry my laptop and tablet. It had a great look and definitely enough room to accomodate my 15" laptop and Nexus 7 tablet and a wireless mouse.

The color and material of the bag when it arrived are what I had expected. It had a long enough strap and I enjoyed it while it lasted. It lasted a little less than a year, and with light use, not an every day use. The stitching on the bag where the shoulder strap connected tore. While the bag was fairly inexpensive, I expected it to last a couple years with light use. I had a different every day work bag for my laptop. I used this one as a carry on while I traveled or visited friends.

Mossad Type Tactical Cargo Bag - Available in Various Colors

This bag is pretty much as pictured, the dimensions from corner to corner of this boxy item are: 24" L x 13.5" W x 14.5" T. The backpack straps are pretty comfy compared to other canvas military packs from Rothco. Stitching and zippers appear to be of good quality. Not sure how this will work as an airplane carry-on but at the very least it will make an excellent laundry/general gear pack.

i wanted something for short hikes into a state forest for camping. Something for times when a short hike allows me the convenience of a sloppier packing job. I prefer the duffel to a day pack because i can access everything in it, without unpacking. This one is very sturdy. i wish it had just a little more structure to improve its manners when used as a backpack.

Did i say great? Yes! It's great. My kid loves it.

Not it is only cute but resistant enough for international travel. We just arrived from a trip to Peru and the bag survived after checking it in! Just got a small dent/scratch -darn airlinebut the bag it's solid.

This case is great and really protective; however it is a hair too small for my dell e1505 (15.4 widescreen), so I'm getting the 17inch model to better accommodate. Great product, I just wish it was a tiny bit bigger.

I have a 14.1 inch screen Dell and this fits ONLY if stretched. Poor execution if it should fit a 13-15" laptop.

The product is well made and nice, but it is difficult to put a 15" notebook in it. It fit so tight that I think it was made for another size, but not, it is for 13" to 15" notebook.

Oakley Men's Small Icon Backpack

Perfect small bag for my car. This bag is small, so if you are looking for a hiking bag this is not it.

The goods:

-nice small bag w/ enough pockets

-looks cool, I like the style

-the outside pockets are large enough to be useful

-the organizer pocket and straps can expand out to hold more if needed

-other than the 2 outside side pockets, it has a side pocket for a 13" laptop, kindle, ipad, notepad. it also has a padded top pocket w/ a hole for your headphones and a small mesh pocket on the front. these pockets can be accessed w/o undoing the clips.

The bads:

-'organizer pocket' is not completely sealed. If I flip my bag over a few times the heavier items (bic lighter, small leatherman) fall out

-if all is fastened, you gotta undo 3 buckles, fold the top back, then unzip to get into the main pouch.

I would give this 5 stars if the organizer pouch was more secure. An organizer pouch is supposed to organize and secure small items. With this bag being so small, I tend to not always carry and place it upright. I think I will add some velcro to 1 of the organizer pockets (the 1 that holds my lighter and leatherman) and it should be secure enough.

Gave this to my brother for christmas, he's been wanting a smaller book-bag for when he goes out to take his iPad with him. Fits perfect!

The person who wrote the pack is small, is right. It is small, but for me fits everything I need every day without being too cumbersome, and it LOOKS cool. What more can I say? As for the straps, I never lock them, as the zipper and closed flap keeps everything in place. I would only use the straps if I want absolute security or hiking a cliff or something.

All the pockets and places to put stuff is great!

I have an all-black one, and time-to-time, people stop me and ask where I've gotten this pack as they like the size and look.

I've had this for years and use it nearly everyday, throw it around in the car, etc., and it's held up amazingly. One strap has broken as it got yanked by the dog, and one zipper pull-tab has broken off, but I've been able to attach another pull in the zipper base.

The backpack is kinda expensive, but I think it's been worth it.

This is a superb bag for times when you don't need to carry the world. For hiking, a nice small daypack. For travel, an excellent pack for times when bulk needs to be limited. I was able to fit a jacket and a parka (thin for the rain), camera, extra lens, gps, cell phone, batteries, a book (not small), several small misc. items and there is room left over. The shoulder straps could be more substantial and I would not recommend this for a hike of long duration unless you beef up the thickness of the straps.

Love this colorful bag for my 17.3 inch Dell Studio laptop. It is a tight fit, but that is a good thing for toting it around. Can't fit much else in the bag but the computer and a mouse and the cord but I never do put more than that in my computer bag. I always figure if someone grabs my computer bag why should they get my other stuff too. But I love the colors and the material and the shoulder strap. Seems like it will last a while and will do its job well.

I received my bag in a timely manner. I like the color and design on the bag. It is comfortable to carry and i felt there is enough padding to protect my computer. HOWEVER, the picture indicate pockets on the inside. There are not any pockets. And this was one the things that really "sold me" on buying the bag. I wanted something lightweight but with still with some storage. So in that area i am a little disappointed. I am not going to return it because other wise i really like it.

This carrying case was perfect for me and my daughter. I bought one for each of us. I have a widescreen 15.4" and she has a 17" laptop. Both fit well. The quality seems to be very good and there is more storage space for papers, pens, etc. than you can shake a stick at. The only thing I don't like, is that I have a cooling pad for my laptop as a hedge against cooling system failure and it will not fit with the laptop. Other than that I would recommend this case highly. For the price it is a great buy.

Description states it fits up to 15.4" notebooks but it fits a 17" MacBook pro perfectly. There is about 3/4" of spare room around the MBP when it's in the sleeve. I've compared other 17" notebooks to the MBP and they are significantly larger. Seems the screen size is the same but the casing on other computers are larger.

The quality is par for Lowepro which is excellent. I would recommend this briefcase To a friend. 100% padding of your notebook when the zipper is zipped. It's a slim case so room for notebook, power cord and a few office staples.

Fi Hi Pimp'N Backpack

First impressions LOVED IT. Indeed, it was "pimpin" with its leather material and gold trimmings I've got this a month ago and I STILL get people oggling my bag!

Build quality: The bag itself is relatively robust. The straps have yet to be damaged, although the strap at the top appears a little flimsy. The speaker covers and zipper decorations however are very flimsy. Within 2 weeks, one of the speaker covers broke off, and I'm now in the process of putting it back on with fabric glue.

Sound quality: Pretty decent. Volume wise, it is pretty loud certainly loud enough if you want to start a cypher outside! However, at max volume the music starts to distort best performance around 80% volume. Mids and highs are brilliant, but bass is lacking (which is such a shame since I love playing breakbeats/Hip Hop/R&B).

Functionality: The bag is LARGE. I can easily fit my gym equipment in there + books. The bag is somewhat heavy however, which doesn't bother me but may bother some other users.

All in all, this is an excellent bag which I would recommend to people who want to bring the party to them!

Bought this backpack few months back, Now this new school year I looking to buy another one, Different style though. But most definitely this backpack is awesome I often get comments on it, Not just on the speakers but on how it look generally I got the Black/Gold Combination and absolutely loved it, Decent leather like material but tears & scratches somewhat easily though it alright, Straps are quite strong, I had alot of weight on it and it withstood my whole school year, Sound wise it's alright not the best you'll hear but once again it's a backpack with 2 small speakers & battery powered so don't expect a stereo like sound, It has quite good sound good highs & mid but lacking on the lows side as in bass, as the volume rises the sound starts to distort so it might not be a good idea to put it on full blast if you can you might be able to get better sound buying a small equalizer/amp but that's a little too much hazzle. Overall this backpack is worth the price, You'll get a lot of attention and compliments since it's not very often seen someone blasting music through school halls like I do. You should totally buy this item.

Good sturdy backpack. Very cool looking, it even has a design on the inside, it is a little big for a normal backpack, but im 5'9 and i have no problem with it. I got the black and gold one and it looks great. Anyways the speakers are weak, with no bass. I would say its equivelant to small computer speakers. If you are looking for good speakers check out hi-fi's 10 watt speaker backpack. This is only 3 watts.

This bag is of decent quality, but nowhere near the discontinued leather Samsonite backpack I was trying to replace. The inside is delineated with thin, rough material (it looks silky in the picture, which it is not). The straps are of just average quality. The interior compartments are only separate by a thin layer of material rather than padding.

My guess is that if you are a fan of Samsonite products you will be surprised by the lack of quality in this particular product.

That said, for the price, it is likely a good value. I'd go see it in a store before purchase.

very nice bag, looks elegant, and is big enough for your laptop up to 16", and a book or two maybe, if your laptop is 14" maybe this one is a little big for you!. The outside/inside color contrast is great, also it is easy to get your stuff organized thanks to many different size pockets available.

I went to Best Buy, Frys and Target to try out a bunch of laptop backpacks; I walk to work everyday and I wanted something durable and functional. I have fairly simple requirements -

1. Should have separate zippable compartments for the laptop and the rest of the stuff.

2. Low unladen weight.

3. Strong but comfortable shoulder straps and carry handle (I hate cable based handles).

This backpack was not fancy looking, but it was well built and met all my requirements. The zippers and the inner linings were made of quality materials.

For protecting the laptop from bumps when placed on the ground, there is a zig-zag ruber insert at the bottom. This works very well and is not a gimmick.

I have had it for about a year now and I walk to work everyday it has been comfortable to carry and looks as good as new.

Highly recommended.
