My husband and I travel a lot and when I saw this purse on line I fell in love. It seemed like the perfect travel bag with lots of pockets to store stuff when we're on the road. Not just that but I thought that it might make a good diaper bag too. When I got the purse I really really really wanted to love it as much as I had when I saw it on line. Aesthetically speaking the outside looks nice and is made of good material. The material that the inside is made of was a different story. I was expecting a somewhat more rugged material that would stand up to the abuses of travel, but the material appeared thin and flimsy. However I still wanted to give it a chance. So I loaded up all my stuff (iPad, Nalgene bottle, big passport wallet, iPhone, gum, hand sanitizer, camera, chargers, sunglasses... you get the picture). The thing that frustrated me the most was that all of these wonderful pockets on the sides weren't seemingly sewn to the external part of the bag so once the pockets were full they just folded in on the larger part of the bag making it hard to find stuff. I felt like I kept having to push the pockets (and their contents) out of the way to find what I was looking for. I think if this purse had more support sewn into the inside that it'd be a great bag! Oh and I'd also suggest a detachable cross body strap for those times when we need our hands free.Again has TONS of potential just missed the mark a bit.I would recommend this bag for travel by plane and/or train. I used this during a recent trip to Europe. Everything, including my Ipad fit great. Holds a water bottle nicely and the outside zipper area worked great for airline ticket paperwork. As mentioned in another review, the sides are not attached to the outer bag this is a little disappointing and is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.
The bag fit well on my shoulder, under the plane seat, and hooked to my suitcase when going through the airport and train stations. The middle area was even large enough for me to place my small messenger bag/purse when I needed everything in one place.
I even had a couple people comment on how nice and functional the bag looked! If you are looking for a travel bag that has safety measures and plenty of pockets/areas for storage this bag will work great and it is very light in weight as an extra bonus.

I'm a long-time fan and customer of ebags.com, based in Denver. Amazon sells via ebags, so mentioning ebags in this review should be OK.Four months ago I purchased a Travelon React Tote, mainly due to the excellent security features similar to Pacsafe. I put the tote away, in its original clear plastic bag, for future trips. Yesterday I finally took it out to check it before traveling with it soon. The exterior of the bag is great, security features are good, but the interior fabric and construction is shoddy and ultra-cheap. I was shocked. I immediately looked at online reviews (there were none when I bought mine) and saw several similar complaints. The last straw was putting my hand inside the zippered front pocket to check its length and hearing a rrrrip sound when my fingertips barely touched the end of the pocket.
It was too late yesterday to phone customer service, so I called this morning. A pleasant young lady, Michaela, helped me. I explained the situation, asked her to look at my extensive purchase history with ebags, and requested that she waive the normal 60-day return policy for this obviously defective bag. With hardly a pause, she said she would make an exception and send me a return label by e-mail making the return free to me. She will issue a company gift certificate, aka store credit, which is perfectly fine with me since I order from ebags all the time.
I own many many bags, purses, and totes. This is the first time I've encountered such blatantly defective bag construction. The flimsy interior fabric wouldn't stand up to the lightest use. Sorry, Travelon. You're now on the do not buy list.
