Recieved the product, my daughter was so excited. Until she placed her books in the backpack and attempted to put it on the starp broke. Just that quickly. I was so heartbroken. She was so eager to show off her backpack at school. will not order from this vendor again.

My 8th grader was very excited about going back to school with this book bag. She said that she was the envy of all the girls who love this character. I was skeptical about getting this backpack because a previous reviewer said the straps broke the first week or so that they used it. So far so good with this bag. It is very large and big enough to hold a lot but she doesn't put much in it because of the previous reviewer's recommendation about the straps breaking. Nevertheless, my daughter loves it so much. I'm glad I purchased it.
