Now that Spirit Air has a 40-pound weight limit on checked bags before hammering customers with exorbitant extra fees, this 7.5-pound gem saves you wear and tear on your arm as well as your pocket. Completely packed to the gills with all my wife's stuff, we tipped the scale at a little under 40 pounds. Thanks Atlantic for making such a spectacular piece of luggage.
