I have had my backpack for a week and a half now and one of the shoulder straps broke already. It broke where it is stitched at the bottom of pack. I feel this is something a quality control person should really pay attention to. Not enough of the strap was caught by the sewing machine. This could had been a major safety issue if it had broke while i was riding my motorcycle.
I am super excited! 'just received my pack (Astars commuter backpack). This backpack is made with riders in mind--its Alpinestars. Since I just got it, I'll just go over the prelim. FLIMSY it is NOT. The stock Fasteners & harnesses are exactly what a rider needs for cruising or performance riding. The reinforced back panel that goes against your back is a plus. You will need to break it in for it is build very tough; therefore, very stiff--I love it! Thanx Astars. You guys are a fine addition to the moto world.
