My daughter was very pleased with this backpack. Her friends complimented it a lot. I really like the fact that it has wheels :)

Bought this for my 5 yo for kindergarden. Zipper broke the first day,less than one month of use it has a huge rip on the bottom front. She does not carry books in it only a folder and lunchbox. Very cheaply made. Had to purchase a new backpack one month into school year.

My 8 year old daughter was so excited to get a Justin Bieber rolling bookbag. On the first day of school, the straps got tangled in the wheels, locked them up and shredded the shoulder straps so that one of them can no longer be used. By the first week one of the zippers on the pockets broke and by the the second week, one of the main zippers broke. Today one the wheels partially broke. What a piece of junk. It didn't last three weeks of the third grade. To top it all off, because we didn't wait until the last minute to purchase the bookbag, it is too late to return it.
