I found this bag very convenient and comfortable. It does not fit as much stuff as my backpack, but since I carried my luggage on-board, I put the extra items in the outside pouch of my carry-on suitcase. One of my fellow travelers asked me where I purchased it because he wanted to buy one for his wife, who also travels on business.
