My bag was better than I had anticipated. Even though it was my second choice, it has proved its worth.

I chose this rating because I spent money on something that does not fit properly. The sleeve is to big for my 15 inch laptop.

I shopped online found a design that inspired me to purchase, however I can't use it.

The laptop slides around in sleeve causing it to be uncertian in my grip, I almost dropped my laptop so I removed my laptop from the sleeve and don't use it.

Can my money be returned to me? Thank you.
