I bought this bag for my 2 yr old granddaughter, who adores ELMO. The bag has a tag pictured on it, which I thought was an identification tag, I called the vendor and she verified it was a UPC tag. I thought the tag should have been removed since this was not a store sale where the item would actually be scanned. I actually selected this bag for that feature. However, I like the bag and the message it sends about learning for the little ones.
