Jack Georges Vertical Wheeler

Jack Georges Patent Collection Vertical Laptop Compatible WheelerHave developed shoulder problems and needed to make a switch to a roller bag, but didn't want it to look like luggage. Found this bag and it is incredible. Gorgeous Italian Leather. Had lots of compliments on it. Have had it a month and taken two trips with it and use it every day for work. It rolls very smoothly and is well balanced. Handily takes my 15" laptop and still has plenty of room. You could easily put a 17" (that's a diagonal measurement) laptop in here vertically (interior depth is 14"). I can insert it in vertically or horizontally. Very sturdy and no tipping over like you would expect for a bag that is taller than it is wide. Also has a back pocket you can easily slide things into when you are in a hurry. Not terribly roomy, but snug so things won't fall out. Back is well protected at the corner and lower back. It weighed a little more than I expected, but it's leather. Whether weighted down or just carrying a light load, it moves consistently well. Handles are very sturdy, and it's easy to move using those, just glad I have wheels and don't have to!

Just a couple of minor downsides I have found -and it's minor - is that it is very deep. Banged up the tips of my finger nail polish, so you'll wnat to be organized about what you put where. Routing around in there can take a while. Also, outer pocket is very deep,so you'll not want to keep anything you don't want to lose in there. The flap has a gap at the top and it is easy to have things fall out, especially when you tip it up to put it in an overhead compartment. And it's hard to stack things on top of it. They seem to fall off easily.

I had it monogrammed at the shop where I bought it and can bring it back there every six months to have the leather treated, which is the only reason I'm not kicking myself for buying it at the last minute locally instead of online. But either way, you will not regret this purchase!
