I'm not reviewing the quality of the backpack. I'm just writing a review to alert you that this item is not the one in the picture..I bought this because I wanted a black backpack, but I received a Charcoal (color) one and of a different model!!! The model of the bag I received is the new one, you can check out on fcs official website.. I believe (just a guess here) that the picture is of an old model..
However, the BC Surf & Sport's E-commerce Director answered my message making sure they would rectify the situation and compensate me for the inconvenience. I am very satisfied with their service after all.
