Nicely padded and structured to hold laptop, cords, papers, pens. I use this for business, so I don't want a completely unsophisticated looking backpack, but I can't use the "messenger bag" type carriers, because they give me shoulder pain. This is the best of all features---back pack that looks polished and protects my equipment very well. Worth the price!

I like this bag so much.. it's big and have good space for almost everything..

one bad thing about it is that it does not have an outside pocket to put my mug in..
