Im noel's daughter. I bought this bag to take with me to practice and because Im a huge yu-gi-oh fan and when I saw this I had to have it. When I got the bag it was in great shape, but the picture on the front was covered in black smudges and smears and bloches. When I contacted big and little I sent them pictures of the bag like they asked, but they never emailed me back. I sent them several emails of the picture and others asking about when I could send it back for a replacement, but I never heard from them after the first one. Its so bad looking Im too embarrased to take it outside the house. I still have the bag and the package it came in and I ordered it over 3 or 4 months ago. The bag itself is in great condition, but the look of it is embarrasing. I wish they would've emailed me back or done something about it and replaced it because now its just sitting on a chair in my room. Do not order from these people cause they will not help you if there's something wrong with it and you may end up in a situation like me
