Product was received within the expected time frame, however the Quality Control at the manufacturer seems to be somewhat lacking in effectiveness. The overall constuction of the item is adequate but upon its first use one of the handles came loose.

The end of the handle apparently was just barely sewen into the sleeve's hem and therefore came loose the first time stress was placed on it. This was evident by the hem of the sleeve's stitching being left in tack. This should have been found by an inspection following its assembly.

Additionally, the sleeve does not have an inside compartment for seperate items such as the laptop's power supply, external mouse or papers and therefore any such items placed inside with your laptop will be rubbing against it. Adding a seperate compartment would be a welcomed feature!

I bought this case for my daughter's birthday which hasn't happened yet so I cannot speak to it's longevity... but this case very stylish and compact. There is not as much padding as I first thought, but it will work. The handles however that are shown are in the inside of the zipper so way to use them while zipped which is odd to me, but i bought a shoulder strap and that will work just fine. It is very soft inside and out and the colors are vibrant. She will love it and LOOKS like it will last a while.
