It was a well designed bag and I loved it but I only had it for about 5 months. The hinges that connect the strap to the body of the bag broke. At first, the strap length hinge broke so I sewed it in place. The while walking to class the hing from the body broke and there goes all my stuff. The hinges seem to be made of some kind of compressed metal=worthless.
