I had my eye on this pack for awhile. I originally wanted black but ended up getting the forge grey color because it was a good deal cheaper at the time. My only complaint is that it can almost have a slight green tint in certain lighting. It's really well made, and I love that some of the straps can be removed (as I'm not always hiking in the Himalayas).
bought it for my brother (high school freshman)will definitely use it all the way through high school. looks great. I've used my Patagonia backpack for the past 10 years (survived high school and college use). love it.
