Waaaay bigger than I thought it would be. The bag itself is great, the quality is fine, it's just big. I wanted to be sure it was big enough to fit winter workout gear: several layers + jacket + shoes and then my work clothes + winter coat + dress boots on the way home. It certainly is I could easily fit a weekend's worth of clothes in it.
