I was pleasantly surprised when I got this backpack in the mail, this backpack is great. This isn't your sister's backpack, this is made to military specs and has plenty of pockets and slots for all your gear, my favorite is the pouch on the strap that fits my phone perfect. I would recommend this backpack for day hikes or the college kid that lives out of their backpack.
Waaaay bigger than I thought it would be. The bag itself is great, the quality is fine, it's just big. I wanted to be sure it was big enough to fit winter workout gear: several layers + jacket + shoes and then my work clothes + winter coat + dress boots on the way home. It certainly is I could easily fit a weekend's worth of clothes in it.

This is a well-made bag with very nice features. One problem that I am having is that it presses against my throat on the left side. It may be that I am too large for this bag. The straps fit me but the shoulder strap still migrates over. Also note that the "yellow" is really more green.

This is super cute and the quality seems OK but it's small. My daughters school folder will fit but it's a squeeze and I think the lunch box will have to be carried seperatly.
I bought this item for my 9 year old daughter for her gym clothes. The product itself is well made and appears to work well for it's intended purpose. The material is rather durable and I can see her using it for multiple things for an extended period of time. She received it as a Christmas gift and has just returned to school after Christmas break thus, we are unable to make an appropriate judgement regarding actual durability at this time. As best as we can see at this time, it appears to be suited for her needs.
This backpack has lasted so long for my daughter with no problems. She is not gentle on it but we have never had a problem. It has been washed a few times and still the colors are bright. Great size, lots of pockets. The built in organizers hold her mp3 player and phone safe and she says the curved straps are extra comfortable. I'm thinking about buying these for some of the other kids in the family too, it has been that good.

I bought this American Princess backpack for my daughter in September for school and she loved it. In November i opened her backpack and noticed pink pieces of plastic in it and started to look where it was coming from. The inside of the backpack is lined with plastic because the backpack itself is only made of a thin cheap fabric and the thin lining of plastic is meant to thicken and water proof it. Within two months it was crumbling and falling apart. The biggest annoyance is that it must be cleaned out every few days, cause of the mess. Once its gone, the bag should still hold up for a bit longer, but wont be nearly as strong and have no water proofing at all. With my head inside the bag, i can see straight through the bag in the spots with no liner. I'm not expecting this to last till school gets out. As for the zippers, i have had no troubles with them as others have complained about. I personally will not be buying this brand again as it is safe to say they are all made by the same process.I bought this product as a birthday present for my daughter. After using it for a week, the zipper for the main compartment broke. The lining of the bag looks not burly enought. One of the side pocket zipper has minor problem. A little bit worried about whether it be a college school bag.

I wasn't sure whether I would like this as much as I do. When we first looked at bags, I wanted a messenger type bag, strong, able to take abuse.
My daughter has two American Girl dolls and wanted each to have a backpack. She stuffs the back packs full of toys, trinkets, odds and ends. Seems durabale. She likes the backpacks, they fit her dolls. That's really what counts.

The only problem i have with this backpack is that it is starting to tear where the sling attaches to the bag itself...but my son is VERY rough with it, so under normal wear and tear it should be fine. I bought this for my three-year-old son to carry through airports. It is a great size! It held his Leapster and extra batteries, two snack bowls, a juice box, fruit snacks, wipes, extra underwear, crayons and paper, and numerous small toys like a slinky and race cars. I loved the easy access top and magnetic snap. The backpack seems very durable. However, the rope tie already looks fairly worn but not enough to warrant replacement for some time. I will definitely buy another for my little girl when she is big enough to carry it.
I bought this for a Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 13. The bag looks durable and well made. The compartment that holds the laptop is padded. The holes to allow charging with the device in the bag don't line up with the charging port on the laptop. So, they would be difficult to use. My Samsung S III Blaze (not S III) fits in the cell phone compartment just fine. And I can operate the phone's touch screen without removing it from the pocket. If your headphone jack is on the top of your phone device, you can leave headphones plugged in while your phone is in the pocket. Otherwise, I guess just put the phone in upside down. You can manipulate the buttons on the side of the phone with some effort. My Kindle 2 fits in the eReader pocket just fine. There is room for charger, mouse and a few misc. items besides the laptop. But, this is not a briefcase. If you have a notepad or a few documents you need to carry, they can fit in the compartment with the laptop.
My toddler loves this backpack. Its a perfect size to pack extra clothes, shoes, toys and books. Never leaves home without it!
