This backpack is really very nice. It is large enough to hold all of the daily things, i.e., a newspaper, an ereader, some snacks (I don't bring my lunch but I believe it would be big enough to hold one), your wallet, checkbook, cell phone, ID badge, etc. And there are plenty of pockets to organize things if you want your ID and transit card where you can easily locate them. And it is made in the US. I have this bag in both the French Quarter pattern and the Mocha Paisley and the colors on both of them are spectacular. They really brighten up a dull day. Pretty and practical -what more could a person ask for?
