Port Authority Wheeled Backpack, Red/Grey, One Size

The backpack compartment is great, lots of room and the zippers work easily. Unfortunately, the handle just broke after only a few weeks and seems flimsy. I'd like to know how to get it fixed under warranty.

I purchased the pack for my 8 year old about a month ago. The bag is durable and my son loves it. I would recommend it to parents that would like to reduce back strain on their kids due to heavy backpacks.

After reading several reviews on Amazon, I bought it for my 4th grader over a month ago. The backpack is spacious, has enough separated compartments for organizing stuff, has quality zippers and rip-resistant fabric. However, within 2 weeks, the telescoping handle started showing problems. The handle gets stuck halfway and needs several trys before it will go down all the way.

Everything went accordingly. Backpack arrived on time. My son has had no troubles using it. The wheelie is easy to use. And so far sturdy.
