I feel compelled to use backpack style purses for my own health but most are too unattractive or unsafe to use as a professional woman. This is a prettier and certainly more secure option, offering many zippedered compartments.

The leather is great, the bag is attractive. However, if you are looking for something quick, like a ringing cellphone, it is a problem. Small opening in two side pockets,and almost too much liner fabric make it difficult for a quick find. If you don't carry much, this is the bag for you.

this bag is great, it has a small zippered pocket on the outside in the back, perfect for keys, phone etc. The inside has 3 compartments. A big center that is zippered and has another little zippered pocket inside as well, the front compartment has a non zippered pocket for cell phone or small camera, back compartment has no bells a whistles but its great. I can fit a big digital camera inside and still have room for a wallet, keys, and other stuff. Perfect for going out in the city or whatever! LOVE this bag!

this is a very nice size backpack for carrying regular purse items along with lunch too for work each day. The leather is soft; yet sturdy and the backpack feels nice & light on my shoulders even when I overload it a times with soda cans :)

Quick & easy to strap on when I get out of my car each morning.

There are 3 large and 2 small compartments/pockets inside for phone/credit cards, etc.

I also am questioned by others where to buy this for themselves.

Will buy a second one in black for winter too.

I love my new portfolio bag is very soft, elegant and serves to dress casually but by how elegant, this gives the leather and design are modern. The reason why I bought a bag like this is because the portfolios hurt me on the shoulder, being the weight on one side. with this bag I have not had that problem and do not hurt your shoulders and bear the weight better. The only drawback is the small and not easy access to things in space, if you're on the street and you put things or draw is somewhat complicated, it is only fair.
