Only time will tell for the durability of the bag (though it looks *incredible*). However, it most certainly did not fit my 17" HP g7-1150us. With a ruler, the computer is 16.22" wide. The only way to fit it into this briefcase is with a shoe-horn. Furthermore, the posted 17" width of the bag is inaccurate. The widest width anywhere on this bag is 16.5" as an outer dimension. Consider these comments if you choose to have the bag monogrammed.
It would have been GREAT if this product worked.. Unfortunately, I was sent a defective unit. I charged the battery pack to full via ac/usb cable, the LED1 light turned from red to green and still, it does NOT charge anything when flipped to 5.5v.. I tried charging my Ipod, cellphone, camera, tablet, nothing.... The good news? the LED2 flashlight works which is built into the battery unit.... Another thing which is VERY weird, when I plugged in my Droid Razr Maxx cellphone into the charging battery unit, my cell phone started freaking out and dialing numbers on its own like it was possessed. Very weird..

I used these packing cubes for the first time during a 2 week business trip to China. I loved them! These made the normal daily packing and unpacking obsolete. In several cases we left our large suitcases at the hotel and took smaller bags on over night stays I simply packed what I needed in one cube and threw it into my small bag. I have used this bag every day for the last month and it is really great. It is bigger than I expected and is capable of carrying 2 college text books, a mini paper notebook and a graphing calculator (in the main compartment). I am really impressed that I can use it for a 7 credit hour semester. It is comfortable to carry even for long periods. I really like this bag, and for $15 i REALLY like this bag! If I had to point out a couple cons it would be that 1: I can't use the key holder because I keep my keys on a carabiner and 2: the cell phone sleeve is a bit small. Overall I am very impressed and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sling type bag.

I bought this sling backpack for a trip overseas. I wanted something small and lightweight, and I wanted to try a sling backpack. Couldn't find any in stores and lucked out with Amazon. It has more space in it than I expected. The elastic mesh held my umbrella just fine. I rolled up a rain jacket and put it on the bottom, secured with the clips which was a nice bonus. The backpack is just as it was described. I only wish it had a little more padding in the bottom for my camera. I use it for photo shoots and easy carry around back for gear. Seems durable and helpful inner pockets for flash cards and other items. Well worth the money so far. I have used it for a couple weeks and the quality seems to be good, stitching etc. I would suggest this to a friend if asked, worth the money for sure.
I love the bag and it is as described. However I have used the adidas duffel bags from the friend and those definitely felt a little bit more tougher and durable than this one. So I did consider them a better purchase even if they are a little more expensive.

This bag is awesome.! I was looking for a larger duffle bag since my 24" wasn't holding everything I needed. I had ordered the coldwater one for 14.99, but it smelled like a shower curtain liner for over a week. Back it went! After that I was afraid to order online because of the smell issue. I found a small sports store by my house and they had this one in stock. NO SMELL!!! Big and roomy to boot. On each end the have zippered compartments which are good for shoes or wet towels. This case is nice don't get me wrong, but it's not what you think it is. I have a 11 in mac book air and the bag is way bigger then it really needs to be. The only thing that is 11 inches is the little case inside the bag.

The side pocket adds versatility to this sleave, you can easily carry, mouse, cords and battery on that. The fabric and Neoprene is not as thick as I expected but your laptop is protected any way.
This bag is ok. It is just as it is described to be, however it would be helpful for it to have a second (maybe outside?) pocket to hold cords, etc. Also, I had to order a shoulder strap separately...it would be helpful if that was included since it has rings for a strap already. Delivery was quick and the company was good to work with.
This backpack is great for a non catcher. I can easily fit two gloves, a pair of cleats, helmet and a lot of drinks in this bag. Very easy to carry around.

This bag was a Christmas gift for my husband who rides his motorcycle to his softball games and needed a back pack for the games. He absolutely loves it. Has two slots for bats; bottom compartment for cleats; small compartment for tape, black out, and small stuff; and large inside for gloves, sweatshirts, etc. He uses it every game and now I use it for my games too.
I use this as a diaper bag/purse. I have two daughters and I feel everything I need for an outing fits perfect. I love using a messanger bag as a diaper bag because my hands are usually quite full with children and normal diaper bags tend to fall off my shoulder or get in the way of hand holding. I have gotten a ton of compliments on this! Its very strong and sturdy and has lots of space.
My son uses this as a book bag for high school and its pretty durable, thank goodness. The price was very reasonable and I'm confident it will last at least through the whole school year.
If you look up the product description on madpax.com, it explicitly says that this backpack as a "bonus feature" holds an iPad. From that I assumed there was a compartment to keep my expensive piece of technology safe, but that's not the case. The inside of this bag is a void with one small zipper compartment just big enoug to hold a wallet and a phone at the same time. Aside from this misnomer, the bag is very cute, just big enough to hold one standard sized text book, an iPad, and a mamilla folder all at once, and very stylish. Overall, I like it. I just wish I'd known the drawbacks before spending over $50 on it.

Very good quality. The straps are nicely padded and the texture of the dinosaur "skin" is very life like. Only a small zip pocket is inside but I have make-up bags that I keep all my small belongings in so I don't really need pockets. My nephews (3, 4 & 5 years old) all loved it and wanted one but I bought this for myself :) Great for anyone who is either a kid at heart or an actual child. I expect this bag to last a very very long time because it is very nicely made.
Bought to replace 10 year companion backpack that died. Of all my research this was the only bag that had all required features: Non-zippered pocket for paper or iPad or magazine, slide over roller bag handle, water bottle pocket big enough for large bottles sold in airports and lots of space. I had to insert a thin board the exact size of a car lisence plate into the bottom to make it stand up on its own, but that works perfectly. I just got this case in the mail and while it is cute and fits my 15.6 inch laptop perfectly, the thing absolutely reeks of chemicals. I'm not one to complain about smells, I'm a smoker and I work around chemicals with odors, but this case offended even my non sensitive nose. Also, I don't understand the 'hidden handle' aspect. I mean, who wants handles on the inside of the case? So if I need to carry it I have to have the zippers opened slightly. I don't get it, why is this a good thing? I think when this one wears out (and by the look of it, it won't be long) I'll just get the case that was about $5 more and had pockets to hold stuff like the charger.

This is a great little backpack for small things. My granddaughter uses it for her swimsuit etc. It's also good for lightweight books. The straps are just strings so it wouldn't be good for heavy items. We find it very useful when you don't want to use a cumbersome pack. SG
