High Sierra Classic Series 59301 Explorer 55 Internal Frame Pack
I bought this pack as a placeholder until I get enough money to buy a more expensive Osprey or Kelty. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised at the durability and comfort of this pack. Being a 55L, it is perfect for weekend excursions. Even with 35+ lbs of gear, this pack rode comfortably and stability was good too. The only complaint I have is it does squeak as you walk along. I noticed another reviewer mentioned this as well, and rest assured it is not just your pack. I don't think it is necessarily a manufacturing flaw--just annoying.It does have one added bonus that even the more expensive packs sometimes lack. That is a built in rain-cover. There is a small velcro pocket on the underside of the pack that contains a drawstring rain-cover attached by strap and everything. If you get caught in a Summer thunderstorm, just pull the cover out of the pocket, pull it over the pack and tighten the drawstring and you're good to go. This came in useful for me since I got caught in a downpour my first day out.
Other than the squeak, this pack is great in durablity, great in stability, and great in comfort. Definitely worth the price. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this pack as a "stand-in" for a last-minute 50km weekend trip I just made, and in the longer term for my boys to use. Thus the range of torso size adjustment, durability and price were all important factors for me.This pack is reasonably well constructed of what appears to be sturdy materials. The shoulder harness adjustment mechanism (a velcro tab that wraps around loops spaced along the pack spine) is not the greatest it's a little too loose, which means I ended up compensating by tightening the shoulder straps a little more than I'd like. (And perhaps it's just my pack but the harness squeaks as you walk along!) However, considering the price this is a reasonable compromise.

I was looking for a sturdy, well built, and roomy bag for my camping trip and also as an investment as a luggage backpack for all future trips overseas/in the states. I used this for my camping trip and was surprised at how roomy it was and how much it could hold! The straps were more than helpful and I was able to lock my sleeping bag/pillow into place and large water bottle/umbrella on the sides.Some nice extras this bag has is a bottom compartment for separate items (be it shoes, sleeping bag (mine did not fit!), etc.). A cellphone holder, two straps in the front for poles/axes, a rain fly is in the bottom pocket which you can pull over the bag in case of rain.
Sizing: accordingly the waist size strap for this bag is fit for slim people, I am a slim guy and it fits nicely. The bags with the higher numbers are for regular waist sizes and bigger. The Explorer 55 fits nicely for individuals with a 28" to 31" waist size.

I purchased this pack for a 3 day, 22-mile backpacking trip in Yosemite. The pack proved to be both reliable and comfortable with 45 pounds of gear stuffed into it. Comes with a spacious main compartment with an additional slot for a water bladder and complimenting guide to thread your mouth-piece through; plus, a lower compartment for a well-compressed sleeping bag is separated by a strong, zippered flap. The numerous straps/loops on the exterior creates almost limitless surface area for additional equipment. Additionally, a hidden pocket on the bottom hides away a sweet water proof cover for the pack in the event of a downpour.The only real issue I found with this bag was its tenancy to loosen at the hip belt. For some reason, every half-hour or so, I found myself re-tightening the belt. Also, the shoulder harness anchor squeaks a bit.
All in all, for my first pack, I found this piece of equipment to be invaluable in what turned out to be a fantastic weekend backpacking through Yosemite.

I first saw this bag on eBay, but I trust amazon more, so I searched and searched for this one and finally found it! Like the first commenter I was a little cautious buying this bag because there weren't any reviews, but when I found her's I knew I'd love it! I bought the beige bag, and it's BEAUTIFUL!!! It's a pretty good size, but make sure it's big enough for you because it's about a medium small (If that makes sense).It's mostly beige (DUH!) with a cocoa brown outline! ^-^ And the inside fabric is like a silky gold fabric (so cute) It has 3 front pockets, one back pocket(kinda weird but it's cool), and one inside pocket so a total of 5 pockets, the top flap and unbuckle but it's magnetic, and on the front pockets. It's sturdy and has leathery straps, and top handle. It does come with a cute pair of socks ( I won't say how they look because I want it to be a surprise, and I'm not quite sure if everyone gets the same kind) and it also came with this make-up bag/ pencil bag, which is pretty cute too. Okay, haii! So...I've gotten a little into the school year, and my book bag has been broken-in enough to give an update on my previous review.
So.....I was in love with this book bag, I still really like it, but....the straps are some-what weak. All I keep in there are two binders (that aren't very stuffed) to folders (one that IS stuffed lol) a notebook, sketchpad, pencil and makeup-ish bag, and the occasional Spanish textbook. And one of the straps have snapped off at the top, at the bottom, and the handle at the top has snapped. I hand-sewed them back up which I wish I didn't have to do, because you'd expect a some-what quality book bag. I tried sewing the handle at the top, but that was a fail because it snapped off again, so I gave up on that for now (I'm considering taking it off altogether :P) My point is....This book bag is best for light weight occasions. If you need something small at school to carry a few folders or notebooks or binders by themselves, that's fine, but I wouldn't really recommend it for a full-duty school year, it saddens me, but I might have to get another one for next semester. I don't know, I guess we'll have to wait and see how the little trooper does. :P

Okay, i LOVE this bag, i really do. but its just a little small. ): like another reviewer said 'make sure it's big enough for you' i didnt pay attention to the dimension size because i didnt know how to understand it so not too long ago i looked up my torso size so i could find a better fitting backpack. this backpack is about 15" long down the back, but because my torso is bigger than what the backpack size is, it's a bit uncomfortable. ): which sucks a lot because i really like this bag. so before you buy this bag you might want to go measure your torso, if you dont know how to do it then go to: it tells you how to measure your torso so you can find the perfect backpack.
this backpack might've been too small for me because i am 5'4"-5'5"(not sure) but i dont remember where i read this but i saw that this model was 5"3'(dont ask me where because i forgot). i didnt think it'll be that much of a difference since it was just an inch or two..but it does. so guys, i strongly do recommend this product for everyone!! but...its just a tad bit small which makes it uncomfortable. its not the backpacks fault! its just my height. lol. maybe these backpacks were made mainly for shorter asians? or other people in general..but im a pretty tall asian....so im off to look for a bigger backpack! still keeping this one though...maybe it'll be more comfortable later. who knows. haha
so if you are 5"3 this is JUST the right size...5"2? probably perfect, haha.my torso size is about..16 3/4" so i might buy a 17" long backpack for comfort. if you want to look at other backpacks like these you should try it's an asian website.but dont worry, its in english. haha, but there are a lot of cute backpacks there too! a bigger variety, there is also a bacg there that looks similar to this one and is really cute.. im considering it...

This is a great backpack for the money. It seems to be very durable so far. The access to the main compartment isn't very well thought out (hence the 4 stars) and takes some getting use to. Good padding on the waist belt. Holds a heavy load rather well and adjusts in several areas for comfort.!Overall it's comparable to backpacks twice the price from other brands.
CineBags CB-25B Revolution Backpack
This bag is made extremely well. A lot of thought went into the design. The back compartment is a little bit hard to access but I am sure it will improve over time when the straps are worn down a bit and can relax more. The back straps and the hip straps get in the way a little when trying to open it. The bag is very comfortable to wear (it feels as if nothing is against your back) but it can get a bit heavy. There is a LOT of storage space in this bag. It is a very, very large bag. I was able to fit my microphone, camera, lenses, cords...literally everything in this bag. And I have many compartments empty. There are spots for you to attach a tripod to the front which will be very useful. I can infer that the bag's primary use would be for traveling with your camera (meets airline specifications for carry-on!) or if you are going on location somewhere (a la the companies' tagline "Life On Location"). Although I will not often be traveling via plane with this bag, it will be great for going on location. I used to use a duffel bag with no compartments. The raincover and waterproof fabric is very nice and handy. The top U-pouch is very deep and large. And a note to all of you: The main part of the bag is not as big or tall as the bag itself. It is about as large as the laptop compartment on the front. It is, however, as deep as the bag itself. That is just for reference.I would definitely buy another bag from Cinebags. They have excellent customer service via their Facebook page. I was contemplating getting the CB23 bag which is a little smaller but I opted for this one for a few extra bucks so I could have more storage space. Looking back, I wish I would have gotten the smaller bag. I'm not saying this bag is too large but for my purposes it is. Who knows, I have not used it much on location.
Again, for reference, the bag is about from your shoulders to hips height wise and width wise it is almost as wide as my body (which probably doesn't help you at all). It is most definitely not the size of a normal bookbag. I opted for the backback style bag because I didn't want to have to physically carry something and I didn't want a sling over bag.
It does feature hip straps and the regular straps also have a buckle on them. This bag would be excellent for hiking. Both of the straps, especially the hip ones, are extremely padded which also means they are bigger in size.
On a last note, the keychain is a nice touch.

This bag has been all over with me in the last year or so. I love it. It protects my camera, lenses, gear, and still has room for extras in a small package! I shoot with a Sony AX2000, I have a century 1.6x adapter, and a wide angle plus 4 large batteries, filters, cables, etc. I am amazed how much fits in this bag for how lightweight it actually seems when you wear it. I used to have a Tamrac and a Lowepro, and this one just works with video equipment better. I like that the zipper access is close to your back instead of on the outside, it feels safer having your gear closer to you without being able to be accessed from behind.Would highly recommend!

This thing looks huge. But yes, it does fit into an overhead bin. Caveat: I am not a video cameraman. I happen to do broadcast voiceover, and I also shoot stills. When traveling, I needed a padded bag that would accommodate not only a broadcast-quality recording rig (including a laptop), but a DSLR.This bag has an extraordinary amount of space. Overall, it seems bulletproof. It's also designed for carrying into the field, which means the straps and waist belt are probably more substantial than I'll need, and the waist belt tends to get in the way onboard an airliner. (I've been using a small bungee to keep it secured and out of the way.) That's not necessarily a complaint, but an observation.
Probably the only complaint I have--and it's minor--is there's no hook in any of the compartments for securing a key ring. It's a feature I've become used to on my other bags, and it would have been nice to have here. Overall, this is an excellent product. Pricey, yes. But when you're carrying thousands of dollars worth of gear, it's probably one of the cheapest insurance policies you can buy.

Lillebaby Oslo Diaper Bag
pros: functional with lots of thoughtful touches to organize your diaper bag, such as front pockets for wipes, pockets on the inside for plastic bags for soiled clothes, back pocket for changing pad to keep it separate from the rest of your stuff, small inside zippered pocket for your wallet/cell phone. I like the bright color and it is easy to hang from the stroller.cons: from the picture, i thought the flap would cover the whole top of the bag, but it actually only covers the front outer pockets, not the main compartment. So things can still easily fall out of the top because the magnets that are supposed to hold the main compartment closed aren't that strong.
i also bought this because it could convert into a backpack, but that function is a bit awkward if the main compartment doesn't closethings could fall out. my husband found if you loop the strap so you're wearing it backwards, (wipes pockets towards your back) that helps with the problem.
What I do like are all the pockets! I like how I can keep her pacifer in its own pocket...it has a place for my water on the side...i put my camera in the pocket in the front...the material is not cheap and it is sturdy...it is comfortable to wear...and it is simple and cute looking, just my style! I am overall happy with the bag just wish it was bigger inside or the flap went over the opening! Hope that helps!

Pros:-Pockets! Lots of them, well sized, and in convenient places. I love being organized and the pockets allowed me to create an excellent system.
-Not too deep and not to shallow. Was just perfectly proportioned for me and all the baby's things.
-Theoretically, the wipes and tissue pockets were really handy. (See two points below.)
-Nice basic design, similar to the messenger bag I so loved in college and not excessively cutesy.
-Magnetic close makes is so much easier to access supplies at the public bathroom changing table and on the go.
Cons:
-The wet wipes container fell apart the first few days of using, so became useless as the wipes would dry up. Since I couldn't find anything to replace it that pocket was left unused.
-The pockets for the wipes and the tissues were shorter and if I left a small box of tissues in the one pocket the smaller pocket underneath it was almost inaccessible.
-Thin fabric making it prone to collapsing.
-Stitching between inner pockets unraveled, now one large pocket.
-Cushion pad on shoulder strap ripping off-just from carrying?!
-I never got around to hooking up the bag to the stroller as it seemed relatively involved. There are much easier hook up designs out there.
-I could also comment on the changing pad but I have yet to find a well sized, t-shaped one that comes with the diaper bag.
Why 3 stars? Well, overall it is a well thought out design with several good ideas just needs some upgrades. Overall, I could have lived with some of the issues (although, would have continued to be frustrated) but with a gift certificate I promptly purchased a skip hop which is a bit too deep and not as wide but certainly competes for quality of fabric, easy stroller snaps, and overall construction.

I purchased this diaper bag to have a "gender friendly" bag for my husband to use and for the organization the bag has. The best part has been the front flap that allows for wipes and tissues to be easily pulled out. We've loved the option and have not had any issues with the wipes drying out. The inside compartment is great too a place for paci's and a side pouch that easily dispenses bags for dirty diapers. But, as others have commented, the magnetic strip will not stay closed once you load up the bag with the needed necessities for a more than a couple of hours out, leaving the contents exposed. That is the only con to the bag. A zipper closure or full flap like a messenger bag would be better, but overall, I still am happy with the purchase.
