I have had my backpack for a week and a half now and one of the shoulder straps broke already. It broke where it is stitched at the bottom of pack. I feel this is something a quality control person should really pay attention to. Not enough of the strap was caught by the sewing machine. This could had been a major safety issue if it had broke while i was riding my motorcycle.
This Tumi classic garment bag is probably the most used piece of luggage I have. I take it on all of my business trips and personal travel. The bag is large enough to fit a weeks worth of clothes in it. The only downside to this bag is sometimes the airlines do not let you take it carry one since it is too big. I have checked it numerous times and it's withstood everything I've thrown at it. The only thing I have had to replace is the shoulder strap!

Very nice design. It's slightly wider than expected (based on my previous bag), but has great features that make this the only bag I need for weekly business travel. If you travel a lot for business, this is one of the most versatile, multifunction bags you can own. Great internal compartments, easily keeps two full suits wrinkle free, it's also sturdy and integrates into other system. So why didn't I give it five stars? Nothing is ever perfect!
My daughter picked this backback mostly because it came with the lunchbox. I was really disappointed when it came because the lunchbox is only about two inches wide. The description says is is 10x8, which is ok, but two inches wide is not nearly big enough to fit anything into. It is cute, but we won't be using it for a lunch box. The backpack itself is fine and she really loved it.

I bought this for my 4 year old little girl. She just loves it! The lunch box is a ok size because she does not eat very much. It is very sturdy and I think it will last all year long.
I got this for my husband who really likes it. However, he had to change the zipper pulls because they were leather covered paper and he added a leather strap. Now he loves it.
My first one was stolen, now I got the same one again. So I guess that says it all: I just love this backpack. It's perfect for boarding, sits really well. But I also use it as a day pack and even though the protectors might not be needed here, I love the pack. It can be expanded in case you need to take a bit more with you, and is super flat when not extended.
I love this luggage, the color is beautiful and they are so sturdy, also the price was great. I would recommend that if anyone is looking for some good and sturdy luggage they should try these.
