Sesame Street Elmo Plush Backpack

Sesame Street Elmo Plush BackpackDon't buy this to use as an actual backpack. The pocket is tiny. I mean ridiculously tiny. So tiny that I'm not sure why they put one on at all. I'm thinking of removing the straps so it's at least useful as a plush Elmo.

The upside is that it is adorable. Much cuter than the photo. It also appears to be excellent quality (again, unless you judge quality by pocket size)My child doesn't care about it's uselessness as a backpack. She likes strapping Elmo to her back or front (bjorn style) and walking around. Of course Elmo can do no wrong in my house.

My daughter loves having a back pack on and love's Elmo so this gift was perfect for her. I was hoping it would be big enough to carry her change of clothes, diaper, wipes, etc. for day care and it's not quite that big, but she's got it stuffed with her toys and pen and paper and that's good enough.

Buy Sesame Street Elmo Plush Backpack Now

This backpack is soft, cuddly and adorable. It has a small pocket large enough for a small box of crayons, but not much more, however this backpack is for small children so it's not really a problem.

15 Inch Endless Universe With Twinkling Blue Stars DOUBLE Sided Print Design Laptop Slipcase Bag Ne

15 Inch Endless Universe With Twinkling Blue Stars DOUBLE Sided Print Design Laptop Slipcase Bag Netbook Sleeve Cover Notebook Carrying Case for Macbook Pro Vaio Acer Asus Dell HP Sony ToshibaI bought this a little bigger than the size of my laptop (it's a 13 inch laptop) so that I could put my power cord inside too. It fits great. The case is thicker than I expected. It has more cushion than the foam versions of these sleeves usually do, but it is still a sleeve-type case so don't expect thick, hard, case-type protection. The picture on the sleeve is pretty cool, but the resolution really isn't that great. It definitely does not have that bright "pop" effect from the star field that it appears to have in the picture on Amazon. The zipper is strong and works smoothly. It does have a strong "rubber" scent that has not gone away in 2 weeks. That's the only draw back and the reason I only gave this 4 stars. Keep that in mind, because if you are sensitive to rubber and will need to carry this a lot you will not be happy. for me, I would still buy it anyway. It's very cool for the price.

this cover is awesome, the twinkling starts and how it protects my lap top. I would not have chosen any other design.

It has a nice picture, actually has some purple not evident on the picture. It works well for my purpose. I keep a laptop in it that I don't move around much, basically wanted to keep cat hair and dust out of it when not in use. I felt that it would be little thin for if you were going to be carrying around your laptop, but still has a protective layer and overall a good case.

Tumi Luggage Vapor Continental Carry-On

Tumi Luggage Vapor Continental Carry-On, Black, One SizeI got this bag as a gift for my parents, as it is about 15% larger than the Tumi Vapor International carry-on (TU28020) that I use. Still, at 22"x15.75"x9", it is small and maneuverable. I believe that this bag will make it onto most flights (excepting regional jets/turbo-props), though technically it's a little too wide in accordance with some published airline specifications (14" vs. the bag's 15.75"). If you never want to have to be told it's too big, go for the International (as I did for myself). If you need a little more space and don't mind having the ability to carry on be a little hit or miss, give this one a try. I may be wrong on this, but I don't think they make you pay the checked bag fee if they take the bag from you at the gate.

Travelon Luggage Rfid Blocking Leather Front Pocket Wallet

Travelon Luggage Rfid Blocking Leather Front Pocket Wallet, Black, SmallGot this as a present for my husband who is SE Asia often. He has had the misfortunes of be being pick pocketed. So I am hoping that this will also help. The wallet itself feels nice and the leather gives it a nice touch. I would order again.

This wallet is pretty big. The pockets are very loose and sometimes I find my credit cards falling out easily...

Anyways this wallet functions like any other wallet, nothing really special. It holds 6 cards and lots of bills. It gets dented really easily if you have other things like coins or keys in your pocket.

Overall this wallet is decent, not the best, but Ill have to deal with it because I don't have any other wallet anymore.

Buy Travelon Luggage Rfid Blocking Leather Front Pocket Wallet Now

The wallet it excellent and exactly as advertised. Given the alarming increase in attempts to scan wallets and purses using the same technology which you use if you wave your credit card at a gas pump, I was looking for an RFID-blocking wallet and my wife is doing the same thing for a purse.

The risk of credit fraud and identity theft is so great with the misuse of the RFID technology that we urge people to take this preventative step.

The quality of the wallet was great. But the wallet is too big. Card slots need to be smaller to fit the cards better. The cards have a tendency of falling out. Slots also need to be deeper to prevent cards from falling out.

Want Travelon Luggage Rfid Blocking Leather Front Pocket Wallet Discount?

I bought this for my husband, who thought he'd like to try a front pocket wallet. He loves it. His comments were that It's thin. You don't have the problem of a fat back pocket and it doesn't feel like it's going to fall out. The leather is fine, but not a luxury leather. But the price is good and I wouldn't have expected that. I wanted the RFID blocking for his cards. So I'm very happy with it and so is he.

Kelty Redstart 26 Daypack

Kelty Redstart 26 DaypackI've been using this bag for the better part of a year now, and I take it to work and back every day. There are a lot of great things about this bag and not really any bad things. One thing to keep in mind: this bag is 100% designed to be carried with both shoulder straps on and the sternum strap connected. If you do that, this will be the most comfortable backpack you'll ever use. You will forget it's there, that's how comfortable it is. However, if you like to carry your backpack slung over one shoulder, college-student style, it will not stay on your shoulder. It will be very awkward and uncomfortable, and it will keep slipping off. This bag was purpose-built to be very comfortable with both shoulder straps and sternum strap, and it is not comfortable at all in any other position.

The bag is exceptionally well-designed with very high construction quality, like most Kelty products. There is a surprisingly well-designed flat plastic frame inside the bag, behind the backpanel that serves as a light frame and keeps the bag in shape. It has a second, bonus usage: there is a wide, flat pocket inside the main compartment that lays flat against the plastic frame sheet in which you can put documents/folders. Because they are laying flat against the frame, your documents/folders will not bend, even if you stuff your main compartment with other items. The inside organizer pocket near the top of the inside flap is great, and there is a zip compartment behind it for a few other loose items, as well. The side mesh pockets are very, very useful: easy to reach around and put stuff in there and take stuff out, but have just enough retention at the opening so that stuff never falls out.

I really like the design of the main compartment opening, too, but with a caveat. With the small, quasi-top-loading zipper area and the straps that clip over the main zipper, you feel pretty secure. No one is going to try to open it while you're in public; it would be too difficult, and you'd definitely catch them. But there is a drawback to that, too. If it is that difficult for thieves to get into the main compartment... well, then logic dictates that it will also be difficult for you to get into the main compartment. It is a little bit of a pain to unclip the two straps, unzip the quasi-top-loading main compartment, and reach down there for stuff. If you are constantly taking your bag off, opening the main compartment, and taking major items out, this bag might be too much of a hassle.

All in all, great bag. If you wear the bag with both shoulder straps connected and don't need to access the main compartment every five minutes, you will appreciate this bag's excellent, secure, comfortable design. If you wear your backpack slung over one shoulder, aren't terribly concerned with someone trying to open it on a train or something, and are constantly getting stuff out of the main compartment, this is not the bag for you.

*UPDATE 10-OCT-2012*

Well, I spent more time looking at this bag and thinking about it, and I can really see how this was designed as a hiking daypack. That's really what it is. It's not a bookbag or a schoolbag, actually, and so I can't dock any stars for that since it isn't designed for that. In fact, Kelty even specifically calls it a daypack. Now then, I use mine as a bookbag, and I like it a lot for it's excellent ergonomics, high construction quality, and fantastic design. But my above caveats stand:

1. an excellent daypack

2. a so-so backpack

3. a meh school/bookbag

I bought this for single day hikes and it is perfect for me. I think it would be a bit light to load it up for multiple day hikes but as the "Daypack" name suggests, it's great for a 4-8 hour hike.

Pros:

Lightweight

Durable

Very comfortable straps that are easy to adjust

Water bottle holders on each side

Cons:

The torso buckle looked a little flimsy but it has held up well so far

Both the Mrs. and I wore it and despite our vastly different frame sizes found it comfortable.

I bought this backpack because on the thumbnail, it seemed like the backpack consisted of charcoalbrownbrownish colors, but thats not the case. The backpack is entirely charcoal colored, which is a bummer. Other than that, the backpack seems solid and I anticipate that it will last a vast amount of time! Inside the bag, there's enough compartments to keep your tools/school supplies organize. The straps on the backpack are uncomfortable when wearing a tank top or something similar. Also, you can probably fit a 15 inch laptop for i can fit my 13-inch macbook pro and there is still a little room left. Overall, great backpack for any situation out there; traveling, school, camping, etc.

I bought this Redstart to replace a kelty daypack i've owned for 18 years. Not because the old one is broken, but because I wanted a slightly larger daypack. If that doesn't say something about Kelty quality, I don't know what does.

I go on occasional day hikes, but I primarily use the pack for bike commuting to college. It's much more spacious that it seems, I can always fit all my books, computer, and an extra set of clothes or a jacket. My only complaint is that it's difficult to see the bottom of the bag because the top opening is very small. If the zipper was longer, I think it would make the pack more functional without compromising its function.

This is good bag. It's large enough to carry several books, notebooks and your laptop. It's leather like look is also an awesome touch. The bag did have a weird smell for a while because of its material. After a while it wore away. At first it has a glossy look to it but as the bag gets more use, that finish wears away. It's a good bag but I feel that the price should be near that of similar items for $29 dollars. Its not leather by any means. My PU jacket that uses more material, costed me less than this bag so I am a little disappointed. The overall quality is good and the look can only get better overtime.

Want Unisex Stylish High Quality BROWN Leather-Like PU Backpack Great Quality Discount?

I really wanted to like this bag. It was plenty big for my laptop and stuff I like to carry around. However, when the bag first arrived the smell was overpowering and made my whole house smell like fake leather chemicals. It was bad enough that my housemate left for 2 days to get away from it. It was a week before the smell left the bag enough to not worry about stinking up any room I carried it into.

After only 8 days of use, the zipper for the back pocket broke. Came off the bag completely and there were threads sticking out everywhere. I was able to put the zipper back on but not perfectly and was going to continue to use the bag without using the back pocket.

Then after 10 days of use, I look down to see that the "leather" covering the bottom connection of one of the straps was tearing away from the bag, exposing the connection beneath and that connection looked like it was going to rip apart at any moment. I use my backpack for my computer and that was the strap I use when only using one strap. If it were to break and the bag were to fall, I don't even want to think about the damage it could have done to my computer.

After 11 days, the bag is being returned. I recommend you do not buy this bag, and if this is an indication of the quality of bags made by this company, I'd steer clear.

Eagle Creek Travel Gear Dane Backpack

Eagle Creek Travel Gear Dane BackpackIn looking for a replacement for my last Eagle Creek computer/paper bag, I looked at the upscale options (Tumi and friends). While there were both highly functional and elegant products available, they did not meet one strict requirement: that it be possible to carry the bag as a backpack, comfortably. The Eagle Creek has padded curved straps which allow it to be comfortably carried for hours on hikes, and then tucked in the back and the bag becomes appropriate for the most serious meetings I attend. While I only have a few months of experience with this sack, I have decades of experience with other Eagle Creek products; hope and expect this one to hold up as well. No need to repeat the standard features; I'll note that the combination of large and small pockets, some zipped and some open, provides a flexible system to allow a customization of 'assignments' for tech gear, human interfaces (glasses, earplugs, aspirin, etc.), passports, pens, cards...

It works, it is elegant, and it is well made.

Case Logic DLBP-114 14-Inch Laptop /MacBook Air / Pro Retina Display Backpack (Black)

Case Logic DLBP-114 14-Inch Laptop /MacBook Air / Pro Retina Display BackpackThis is the size I've been looking for. I was in search of a bag that would fit a 13" MacBook Pro, as well as a 13" Dell Latitude. I'm not a big person and I hate big heavy bags. My previous bag was HUGE and was designed for a 15" laptop of yesteryear. The laptop slot barely held my widescreen 13" and yet the bag was enormous. I bought the old bag from LL Bean in 1998, and it held up wonderfully--but it was made for a time when a 15" laptop was bulky and we carried lots of books and folders with us.

Best uses:

Professional with a 13"-14" laptop (or 15" Macbook) looking for a minimal but still useful backpack

Pros:

Small profile yet IMPRESSIVE capacity for what it is.

Lightweight

Holds TWO laptops and both power supplies (one in the padded compartment and one using a thin sleeve in the spot designed for a binder/book)

Laptop section appears to accommodate nearly all 14" laptops easily and possibly a 15" MacBook (probably not most other 15" laptops tho)

Cons:

Wish the binder/book section had more padding since I use it for an extra laptop. This would be nice for your iPad/tablet/Kindle -type devices as well

No water bottle net on the side (I've never had one but thought it was a nice feature on other backpacks I've seen)

Probably too small if you need your backpack to carry around a lot of personals, or carry your lunch, or an extra pair of shoes--it's definitely not a daypack.

Durability:

I will try to update this review if I find anything undesirable about the durability. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 since I cannot yet comment on durability.

This is a good choice for a small backpack. If you need to carry much more than the laptop, charger and some small accessories you may find this doesn't have the space to meet you needs. Quality is what I expect for Case Logic, very good for the price. No issues with zippers or seams, even after heavy use. Another nice feature is the textured mesh on the underside of the shoulder strap that helps keep it from slipping off your shoulder.

The one and only downside is the lack of padding on the bottom of the pack. Leaving an unprotected edge for the laptop, which I discovered when the pack slipped out of my hand and landed with a thump, resulting in a dent on the corner of my laptop.

That's right, Case Logic now makes laptop backpacks. They make the CD cases you're using in your car, your portable hard drive case and your thumb drive case. And now, you can throw all of those items, including your laptop (not made by Case Logic) into a new Case Logic 14-inch laptop backpack.

PROS:

Slim design

Comfortable shoulder straps

Well padded laptop compartment

Velcro strap wrap

Soft, felt-like pocket for smartphones or other valuables

Spacious and well-padded front pocket organizer

Useful side pockets

Attractive appearance

Good build quality

CONS:

Side pockets too small for water bottles

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

The Case Logic 14-inch Laptop Backpack (DLBP-114) is very attractive and is slim in design. Parts of the polyester material are matte, glossy, and quilted with accent colors on the straps and zipper. The appearance is what drew me to this backpack in the first place. All the zippers glide very smoothly and the main compartment zipper has an over-sized zipper and pull for easy opening and closing. The shoulder straps have an air mesh padding for increased comfort. Case Logic also added a neat "strap management system" in the form of a Velcro tie that keeps the excess strap tied up for a neat appearance. At the top of the backpack is a grab handle for easy handling. Aside from black, you also get red and deep grey color choices.

STORAGE & PROTECTION

The main pocket includes the integrated laptop compartment. It's padded well and has about the same amount of padding on the bottom and the back for uniform protection. It fit both my 12.1-inch Google Chrome Cr-48 and 14.1-inch Dell Inspiron laptops without a hitch. The remaining space inside the main pocket is actually rather sparse, which is part of the design. Thinking back to my college days, there would have been no way I could have fit my Biology textbook and my Calculus textbook at the same time. If you're looking for a heavy-duty, carry-all backpack, the DLBP-114 isn't it.

The large front pocket has 2 medium-sized internal pockets for a phone or mobile mouse as well as 2 pen pockets. There is also a thin, but large zippered pocket for memory cards, cables, batteries, etc. The great thing about the front pocket is that it is padded as well so you can feel safe putting your MP3 player, compact camera or phone inside this pocket.

There is also a pocket on each side of the DLBP-114. It's very useful for putting any number of items inside, but unlike the description, I found now way of putting a water bottle there. First, it doesn't unzip all the way up so a water bottle will partially hang out of the pocket. Second, the pocket is just too small. I wasn't even able to jam a standard 1/2 liter Costco bottled water inside, let alone any of my larger stainless steel water bottles.

The last pocket is on the top of the bag, located in between the large front pocket and the main pocket. It's a unique pocket not only because the zipper teeth are accented, but because it is lined with a felt-like material for protecting valuables like a watch, phone, jewelry, or glasses. It reminds me a little bit of my golf bag that has a valuables pocket so you can take off your jewelry and keep it from getting hacked up. I'd probably refrain from putting my glasses in there though since it's not padded in any way. Though the pocket entry is on the outside, the actual pocket resides inside the main compartment and I could see my glasses getting smashed inside unless I wasn't carrying anything too bulky inside the main compartment.

CONCLUSION

The Case Logic 14-inch Laptop Backpack (DLBP-114) is a very well-made laptop backpack. It won't be suitable for everyone because of the slim design and doesn't have a cavernous main compartment. Make no mistake, it is not a daypack. I see this being a good fit for the urban commuter who carries a laptop and perhaps a Kindle or iPad with accessories, some snacks and not much else. For that demographic, I think that the DLBP-114 is a great value. My hope is that Case Logic will also release a daypack version with similar design cues as the DLBP-114 as I tend to fit in the category of people who like to be able to carry as much stuff as possible.

I was looking for a backpack to replace a 15-year old Target/Walmart-type backpack from high school. I wanted something that I could take to/from work, was flexible enough in offering a few different types of compartments, and wasn't overly big/bulky/saggy.

This is exactly what I wanted.

We'll start with the straps. They aren't filled with gel like some packs are, so they aren't the cushiest, but they do at least have a decent amount of stuffing in them, plus they are fairly wide, and get larger as they go up towards your shoulder, so the bag doesn't feel like it's cutting into your shoulders at all. The roll-up velcro piece that holds excess strap after you're done adjusting it to your preference is quite novel, but not something you interact with every time you wear the pack, so it's not a huge deal.

The top and the lower front of the pack each have a reasonably-sized grab handle. Good for carrying into your car, or hanging on a coat hook at home.

On both the left and right lower sides are two small compartments which I've found perfect for each accomodating two electronics cables one side holds the AC power cord for my laptop and a microUSB cable for charging my phone; the other holds a 10' ethernet cable and a USB charge cable for my Zune HD. You could maybe fit a can of soda in there, or some feminine products (makeup, etc), or your car keys... but I found it great for stashing cables without overstuffing the inner compartments.

The main zippered compartment -the zipper is one of the large-teethed kind, the sort that makes a lot of noise when you operate it... but because of this, it sort of lends a feel of quality and heft to it -quite nice. Inside, against the back is a padded insert (non-removable) which accomodates your laptop. I have a Samsung Series 7 Chronos with a 15.6" screen, which is basically analogous to a Macbook Pro 15" in dimensions, due to the minimal amount of bezel around the screen. Do not expect to fit a normal 15" laptop in here without a bit of squeeze this is why they point out it can take up to a 14-inch regular laptop. There's extra space in this compartment which can hold a textbook, a tablet PC, or heck probably even another laptop. I keep a small notebook here for taking notes, etc.

Lower down the front of the pack is another zippered section which doesn't look like it hosts much space, but open it up and here's your organizational compartments --you have two wide enclosures and a few pencil holders. The enclosures are wide enough for me to fit a compact external hard drive (the 2.5" variety), and a portable mouse. At the top of the organizational insert is a zipper which contains another small pouch for your odds and ends --chewing gum, maybe another couple cables? But you can reach past all this, another 8" or so down into the bag for a deeper well of general storage space. I keep my laptop power brick down here. Adding additional items down here, instead of stuffing the organization pockets with larger bulkier items, keeps from losing the backpack's slim profile... so I'd recommend you disperse your items as such.

Up top, the red-teethed zipper leads you into a small, microfiber-type lined pouch. They say put your sunglasses in here, well I'd worry about breakage, but it is handy to keep your wallet and keys in here, since they are readily accessible without digging into the backpack proper.

The dark gray color was $10 cheaper than the black, which I would have preferred if I could have my pick... but it turns out to be an alright color. It's definitely a lighter gray than it appears in the pictures, but it's not so light that it approaches silver-gray. It's fairly unassuming... but the red-colored details are eye-catching, whether you like it or not.

It's definitely smaller than the normal-sized backpacks I used to carry throughout school, but that's just what I was looking for. Someone else commented it looks like a child's backpack...and I guess you could say that, but it also looks very concise and tidy I'm an IT contractor and have to dress up every day, and it doesn't look terribly out-of-place as part of my get-up.

I most enjoy how slim it is --it doesn't extend out far beyond your back, instead holding everything very close to you. This makes a WORLD of difference in terms of comfort. I feel no strain on my back at all, as you would with a normal pack.

Overall, highly recommend goes great with gadgets, the price is right, it's neat and tidy, and it's up to you how you'd like to use the space unlike some backpacks that pretty much make those decisions for you.

Want Case Logic DLBP-114 14-Inch Laptop /MacBook Air / Pro Retina Display Backpack (Black) Discount?

The Case Logic DLBP-114 laptop bag is designed for transporting a 14" laptop and accessories (not much more).

Pros:

It is well constructed and it has not shown any signs of wear during 6 months of ownership

The PC compartment is sized well for a 14" laptop and is adequately padded.

The small top compartment is useful for items that you want to get to quickley (earphones, phone, etc.)

The front zipped area has a section that fits/holds a passport, pens, glasses.

The main compartment is big enough to hold a few notebooks or a notebook and a text book

Cons:

The front zippered section is not as easy to access as it should be as the zipper only exposes 60% of the area.

There should be a better place to store keys in this comparment with the use of a caribiner or latch.

The side pockets are not that useful. One should be converted to a water bottle carrier.

Timbuk2 Aviator Laptop Travel Pack

Timbuk2 Aviator Laptop Travel PackI purchased this travel pack because (1) I am a fan of Timbuk2 (my everyday bag being the H.A.L.) and (2) I always travel with a carry on when flying. In terms of quality, the pack is typical of Timbuk2's excellent quality although a couple of pull-tags were curiously absent for the the top and front zippered pockets. The internal organization is minimal but typical for travel packs: no organizer pockets or key lanyard present anywhere. It is flatter than my other travel pack (eBags eTech Weekender) by a couple of inches which will decreases capacity making this pack good for 3-4 day trips at most (while I am able to pack 6-7 days worth in the Weekender). Being smaller however will make moving through crowds (like down plane aisles) and finding overhead space easier. The straps are thinner than I expected given the size of the pack but remain comfortable regardless.

K-Cliffs Rolling Clear Transparent Multi-pockets Backpack with Color Trim

K-Cliffs Black Color Trim Rolling Clear Transparent Multi-pockets BackpackMy daughters Private School required the children have clear or mesh backpack in Kindergarten. I was worried this backpack would be too large but it fit her perfectly. It rolls like a suit case and has straps to wear as a backpack. She loves it! It also forces her to keep it clean cause you can see any garbage from the outside. It also makes things easier to find. I used Rhinestones to personalize hers in front with her name.

I had purchaced this clear bag on wheels because clear bags were required by my employer. We have alot of work equipment that we have to bring back and forth to work. The construction of this bag is very flimsy. It also does NOT stand up straight, the legs of it are uneven. It constantly tips over if it is standing upright. The handle on it is extremely short too. I am a woman that is only 5 feet 1 inch tall and the handle barely reaches my hand when fully extended. That is ridiculous to me because I am short, I can't imagine a tall person would be able to use this bag. I end up dragging it behind me and constantly have stop to keep it from rolling unbalanced while walking. I had purchased another slightly larger bag on wheels through Amazon before this one. I thought that one was too much money, but now that I have purchaced this cheaper bag I can see why the other bag was more expensive. It never had these issues with tipping over and the other handle was way tall enough for my height. I am really sorry I purchaced this cheaper bag. :-(

I bought this for my 3rd grade daughter for Christmas. She loves it. Her backpack got alot heavier in 3rd grade. I weighed it one day and it was 18 lbs. Who can expect a 3rd grade girl to carry that on her back everyday? With books, lunch box, notebooks, planner, it adds up. Our school system also recommends that you have a clear or mesh backpack. I haven't found a clear rolling backpack in the stores around our area. So I was excited to find this one on Amazon. This is such a tremendous help. It rolls smoothly, is of good quality and was at a great price, no more than one without wheels. It also has the backpack straps on the back so you can still carry it if you want to, but I don't know why you would want to.

I bought this to take to Walt Disney World when touring the parks. Getting through securitym while opening ebvery pocket in a backpack is time consuming. This way they can look and see everything. The pack has the usual straps for carrying on your back or wheels when it gets too heavy (with souvenirs and bottled water) through the day. Perfect!

My daughter has to have a clear book bag, and her books are so heavy the standard over-the-shoulder w/o wheels weren't cutting it. This one is sturdy & carries her big load of books perfectly.

Jordan Boys Grey 23 Print Backpack

Jordan Boys Grey 23 Print BackpackBought this for my 13 year old son for back to school. The shoulder straps frayed and was no longer usable by the end of first quarter. So basically lasted less than 2 months. He was very disappointed.

My son loves his backpack, it's a great size for him. He's in 2nd grade and it has enough room for the items he need.

Case Logic NOXB-114 Corvus 14 to 15-Inch Laptop Backpack (Black)

Case Logic NOXB-114 Corvus 14 to 15-Inch Laptop BackpackIn my opinion this is the best macbook + ios devices + peripherials + sunglasses + umbrella backpack on the market today. I am an iOS application developer and I have to lug this stuff (and basically not a whole lot else) back and forth from my house every day and I must have tried 50 backpacks before settling on this one. I was looking for the smallest, at least vaguely professional-looking bag that would carry all my tiny heavy items that has enough padding that I'm not worried about setting the thing down on a hard surface. This one fits the bill nicely. Some observations:

The material used for the center part of the top flap is a little cheap feeling (would have preferred the ballistic nylon stuff the rest of the backpack is made from, or leather or something) and the actual straps are of below average quality, but functional.

The velcro strap used to attach it to my carry-on luggage is very convenient, and the zipper-expansion feature allows me to use this instead of a larger laptop bag on planes where I have more than the usual number of things to carry.

I have never written a product review before in my life, but I spent a month looking for one of these things and maybe I can save someone else some time.

The Corvus 114 is an attractive and sleek backpack for techies. It is designed for some of today's hottest electronic items, specifically the Apple MacBook Pro, the iPad, iPhone and Amazon Kindle products. The outer material is made of durable, weather resistant black nylon with stretchable accents on the bottom and sides. The shoulder straps loop through a reinforced plastic casing which ensures durability for extended use and heavy loads. There is also a Velcro strap laying flat on the back which allows you to attach the pack to a roller-board/carry-on luggage. The back is also padded for comfort and additional protection for inside electronic items. Other notable exterior features include: an extendable outer shell for larger loads (via a zipper which runs around the perimeter of the pack) and a Velcro clip which allows you to cinch the extraneous strap fabric which typically dangles at the bottom of the shoulder straps.

The interior features make this backpack really stand out for technology users. First, there is an inside slip pouch which fits a 13" or 15" MacBook Pro perfectly (the standard MacBook, MacBook Air, or any 13-14" widescreen laptop will fit as well). Behind this there is a separate pouch which is designed to hold the Apple iPad (or iPad 2, or Amazon Kindle version 1, 2 or 3). It is important to note that if you keep your iPad permanently stored in any kind of bulky casing, this pouch will be too snug to fit the iPad + case. However, the inside of the pouch is lined in an extremely soft microfiber which will keep your iPad screen perfectly safe from scratches and debris. The main interior pouch will easily store a journal, notebook, textbook or your iPad in its case. This portion is extendable by opening the exterior zipper. There are a few small, deep mesh pouches which are intended for your power adapters/cables for your various devices. Finally, there are two pouches which can be accessed without opening the top cover of the backpack which can store your phone, iPod, wallet, pens, keys, lunch or whatever else. There are two pouches which wrap around the sides of the pack which can be used for storing a bottled water or additional cords.

Overall, this is a very well designed and attractively built technology backpack. It would be an outstanding choice for frequent subway, bus or airplane commuters and/or individuals who find themselves taking their entire entourage of electronic devices out on a regular basis. Unlike standard backpacks, the compartments in this pack are designed specifically for your iPad/Kindle/MacBook therefore they fit like a glove and don't "float around" loosely inside your backpack. Furthermore, the interior is detailed with high quality materials and soft microfiber to keep your electronics clean and safe from damage.

For the price, I would consider this a worthy investment and a quality built product. Case Logic has done well to develop a pack which caters to high-end electronics users. I will be using this stylish backpack to transport my iPad + MacBook + iPhone + Kindle to work every single day. Very pleased with the product, highly recommended! A+

Finally a stylish backpack made to safely protect your laptop, iPad, iPod, cell phone and various other electronic devices. The padded shoulder straps add extra comfort when carrying around a full load. Don't feel like carrying it? A velcro belt allows this backpack to be attached securely to your roll on luggage. This is a backpack that has a place for everything to be stored to give optimal protection to your electronic devices. I love the padded, "velvet"-lined pocket for my iPad to keep the screen safe from scratches. The only downside to it was having to remove my Otterbox case to get the iPad to fit properly in it's pocket. With the iPod, iPhone, netbook, laptop, and iPad/tablet all safely tucked away in their various compartments, I still had room (and pockets) to spare for my books, writing utensils, flash drive, wires & accessories, CDs, etc. without making the backpack feel over crowded. The light teal inner lining adds sophistication to this perfect little backpack. It is not bulky when filled and is very comfortable to wear. I took numerous pictures and some video to show the inside of the backpack which I hope to upload later. If you have the chance to view this backpack in a store, I highly suggest it! You will not be disappointed in it's versatility. There is one small mesh pocket in the flap of the backpack I used it for wires. The small velvet-lined pocket is perfect for your iPad or tablet. Two padded pockets leave space for your netbook and a larger laptop. (My thicker macbook almost proved to be a little too large for the backpack with everything else in it. A thinner laptop 15" and under would have no problem fitting.) The deep center pocket (perfect for a binder, textbook and/or portfolio) has two mesh smaller pockets that I used for some CDs. (Note: the center pocket can be made larger with a zipper located on the outside of the backpackthat gives 1" more storage on the inside). The center pocket also has a zippered compartment that I used for a paperback novel and a calculator. Outside the backpack, your wallet, cell phone and iPod will be safely protected in a zippered pocket with two writing utensil holders to keep your pens and/or pencils in handy reach. Another stretchy pocket lies outside of the zippered pocket. Finally, there are two side pockets that I used to hold a small water bottle in one and a granola bar in the other.

All in all, I was really pleased with this laptop backpack and quickly replaced my numerous other carry cases with it. I would have loved this in college!

The Case Logic Corvus Backpack has multiple compartments specifically intended to hold a 15" notebook computer plus a tablet or e-reader (or all three) plus cell phones and other small electronics. There are a lot of pockets including three zipper pouches--one inside, one inside the flap and one on the outside under the flap.

The overall design is attractive with touches of stretchy fabric and padded shoulder straps and back panel. There is a wide horizontal strap on the back to hook it to the handle of a rolling suitcase plus a grab strap at the top. It is lightweight and comfortable to carry as a backpack but much less so when carried in other ways and it is not comfortable when overloaded.

It has an expansion zipper on three sides that adds about 2 inches. I am not generally fond of expansion zippers on bags as they seem wish-washy but it is handled as well as possible.

The detailing is quite nice such as the zipper pulls and the little zipper garage for the expansion zipper pull. The lining fabric is an interesting color that I would call mint green although there is a plush black fabric where needed to prevent scratches.

Other than the expansion zipper, my only complaint about this backpack is that the edges of the main compartment are not very well padded. The edges of a notebook computer are more easily damaged than the top and bottom of the case and with greater consequences, such as hinge, port, or switch damage.

Case Logic is obviously aware of this problem because a removable length of foam triangular in section and covered with the mint lining material is included at the bottom of the notebook compartment. It is inadequate, inconvenient, and should be replaced by built-in padding. Since this is a backpack designed for electronics, I have to knock off two stars for this basic functional issue which the manufacturer did not properly address.

This is a nice quality laptop backpack.

What I like about it:

-It's nicely padded

-The interior is light green (instead of black) which makes it easier to see the contents of the bag.

-Many compartments and zippered pockets.

-There's a velcro security strap on the back that you can use to attach the backpack to the handle of a rolling suitcase. (I really like this feature)

-It's expandable. You can add ~3.5 inches to the width of the bag when you unzip it.

Dabbawalla Backpack

Dabbawalla Backpack, Go FetchThe back pack is very nice looking but the shoulder straps are not very good.

The shoulder strap are very badly design. The bag has 2 holes on each side of the bag, they are placed closer to the bottom of the bag to allow the straps loosely go through from inside of the bag.

This might be great in theory, but in practice when a child uses it, the bag moves from side to side and it makes the strap longer or shorter each time the bag move a little.( It is very uncomfortable for the child)

Also the 2 holes at the bottom of the bag are so big that if you happen to place a fork or spoon inside the bagDabbawalla Lunch Bag, Holy Cow, it will slip though the holes and when the child need to use it, it won't be there.

The product looks nice and I am happy that it is PVC free. However the product was stated to have dimensions of 14 x 14 x 6. Because of this I had expected it to be big enough to easily hold a standard 8 1/2" x 11" notebook even with the rounding that occurs at the top of most backpacks. I am very disappointed that a standard notebook barely fits and in some cases the backpack may cause the corners to bend. It might just be functional for its intended use as a backpack for pre-school and kindergarten.

On physical inspection, the interior measurements of the backpack without contorting it are 10"w x 11 1/2"w (at center) x 6". To get those 14" dimensions, I needed to flatten, stretch, or otherwise distort it well beyond its natural shape. Counting the top loop at its fullest extent is also useful to get that 14" height. Amazingly, the 6" depth appears to be accurate.

In terms of quality, the materials and sewing looks adequate. I can see how it would be possible for small objects to fall out through the small gaps where the back straps go through the bottom of the pack.

This bag is a great size for my (3T wearing) 2 year old. The length-adjustable straps are nice, and we added a carabiner clip across my son's chest to make sure the straps don't slide off of his shoulders when he has a full backpack. The soft neoprene is very comfortable for my son; it's not rigid at all. The backpack is roomy and the neoprene keeps fruit and snacks cool. I'm about to use this as his lunchbox this week with an ice pack and I expect it will work just fine.

We get stopped everywhere by people wanting to know where we got this backpack. It is much cuter in person than in the pictures and my son absolutely loves it. I couldn't be happier with the looks, the size or the usefulness. It's not cheap, but it keeps things cold, has plenty of room for toys and books, and is machine washable. What more can you ask for?

15 inch Notebook Laptop Computer / Apple MacBook Pro 15 Pink Sparse Floral Flowers Carrying Case Sl

15 inch Notebook Laptop Computer / Apple MacBook Pro 15 Pink Sparse Floral Flowers Carrying Case SleeveThis item is cheap and you get what you pay for. It is quite good looking but mind that it is not white and pink but grey (and quite old grey) and pink. Also you still have to protect the laptop with a laptop bag since it is not neoprene but closer to fabric so useless regarding small impacts. A little too big for my 15 inch mac book pro. But good value for the money though, and feminine but not girly.

This case is a perfect fit for my MacBook Pro 15.4 inch laptop. I love it. Its lightweight, but pretty durable. Very cute (exactly as pictured). It works really well with the bag Pink Sparse Tranquility 15.4 inch Laptop Padded Compartment Shoulder Messenger Bag for K-Cliffs Lifestyle and DecalGirl.com (also on Amazon) has a very cute decal for MacBook, iPod touch (2,3,4 g) and Kindle that matches the case and bag. I bought the whole set.

I was worried about this Case sleeve given the negative comments. The inside is neoprene.

After dropping my naked Macbook pro out of my backpack..whew just a mashed corner but everything is working

I have looked at various protectors and decided I needed something that stays on the machine and something that protects the machine in the backpack. I now have a great Speck Satinsoft protector in deep red and adding this pretty neoprene sleeve makes the Macbook pro much more secure in my backpack. Looks good too. So if anyone wonder is a Speck Satinsoft will fit in this case sleeve, it is a perfect fit.

The laptop bag is very pretty. Except, due to my mistake I had to return it because I didn't realize it was too small when I ordered it.

Overall, this laptop sleeve is pretty, and as mentioned by some other people it is grey, not white! I seem to recall someone mentioning that it worked with their 15.4" laptop, so I thought it would work with my Asus N56VJ. However, I was disappointed to find out that the sleeve DOES NOT fit 15.6" laptops.

Oakley Kitchen Sink Backpack

Oakley Kitchen Sink BackpackI ordered this backpack from Amazon brand new. I love this backpack! Everything fits. There are many compartments. Unlike my old backpack, a Targus, everything gets strapped in with this backpack. My belongings are not flying around, which is better for my electronics. This backpack has individual places for a phone, wallet, pens, MP3 player, my lunch, a water bottle, a camera, umbrella, keys, my computer (18" Alienware), and more. It's waterproof (some areas) and sturdy. The metal, leather, and straps make this by far the sturdiest backpack I have owned. Finally, there are multiple straps. This was a little difficult to get just right, but I have it down now. Everything feels great for my 4 ten-minute walks through campus each day and when I travel. Oh, BTW, I get comments everymwhere I use this thing. People are pretty impressed when they see it, which I think is kinda' fantastic!

Every once in a while it's worth giving an update to a review so here's one 1 1/2 years after purchasing this backpack I still LOVE this thing! If you're wondering whether the backpack gets old, your tastes change because it is a little extreme to the site, or whether it holds up...it does! I have used this thing every day for 1 1/2 years, in some pressure situations as I travel the world (the continents of South American, Africa, North America, Europe, and Asia have all experienced by bag in the 1 1/2 years I have owned it). I can't more highly recommend this bag. Great decision.

As a longtime and loyal Oakley customer, when it was time for a backpack to replace an old briefcase, it was an easy choice to go Oakley. All I can say is, wow! This thing is unbelievable in appearance and functionality. It is built with military ruggedness, has tons of room, but has all the Oakley "cool" that I love. Highly recommended.
