When I first recieved this item, it was just a little bit smaller than I expected. It really is great if you want to use it for some personal things; but there aren't many pockets. So if you want to use it for school, you might want to reconsider. Other than that, it really was worth buying!
My son wanted a sling Backpack for school and we were not having much luck finding one that he liked and was small enough for him. Well, the size was great, he's 9, though not much room for all his books. We did know that but it seemed to be working anyway. Until, the strap started falling apart the third day of use... Then the material by the zipper just, well, disintegrated. Only 16 days of school and we're in the market for a new one already. Very disappointed!
I ordered this bag so I had a hands free solution after having our third child. I love this bag. It works great for keeping typical diaper bag stuff and all my normal purse stuff. I accidentally ordered this item, because I did not realize the "mini" word in the title. Although, as a first sight I was happy with the product. The size is just perfect, because it can accommodate my 13inch MBP in its sleeve. However, I miss a divider for the laptop and more importantly a waist strap. In this way, this bag is not for an everyday bicycle commuter! I could imagine a hidden pocket on the back part of the bag from outside, an easy accessible one. Personally I am also missing a pen holder, which could make your stuff more organized. If you do not hold the newest 4 inch wide mobile phone, you might find the cellphone pocket too big to your phone, and it is the same with the mp3 player. I haven't had the bag long but you can tell from looking at it that the quality is exceptional. Love the color, although I wish this bag had the changeable strap colors like the other FlapJill bag because I am not hugely fond of the pink strap but I really wanted the neutral colored bag. (I took an aqua sharpie to the strap and now it looks purple-problem solved!) I can tell I am going to love this bag for daily use. The strap at full extension puts the bag right on my hip and I am short-waisted and 5'4" tall. Perfect! (Also had I constructed the bag I would have put the adjustable end of the strap on the side of the bag that doesn't have the outer pocket because without the strap fully extended the dangling end would kind of be in the way of getting into the outer pocket. For me not a huge deal because I like the strap long---for others this might pose a minor inconvenience) All-in-all I love it. Already eyeballing the larger Osprey FlapJill bag or the smaller FlapJill backpack for when I might need to carry more things. With 2 younger kids you never know what you might need. (The FlapJill mini would fit infant clothing but mine are 5 and 3 so just and extra shirt and socks each in this bag with all of the other normal things in a moms bag.) Go for the FlapJill courier if you want to carry many diapers and clothing changes and snacks.
I bought this for my new laptop and I just couldn't be happier with it. The skin went on supper fast. I do wish it would have been easier to trim. It has stayed on very well though! Love it!
I purchased this to replace a sling diaper bag that the zipper broke on. I had gotten the first one for free and this looked very similar to it and was a great price. It is actually a little bigger than my original bag, so that is good, but the reason I went with this bag over others on Amazon that were similar was because of the mesh side pocket. I wanted to be able to use the side pocket for a water bottle or sippy cup and it is tiny. It won't hold anything. The "elastic" around the top edge is not stretchy at all, so it doesn't even hold a 16 ounce plastic water bottle, let alone my daughter's 8 ounce sippy cup. These things were easily stored in my previous bag's mesh side pocket, so it's a little disappointing. It's still an OK bag for the price and for what I wanted it for, which was just to hold a snack, a couple diapers and some wipes and other small essential items for quick trips out of the house. If you want it for holding books/stuff for school, it won't really be big enough for that. Expect it to hold about as much as a medium-sized purse, but not a backpack. And if you want to actually be able to use the side-pocket, look elsewhere.

I wanted a cheap sling that I could use for fishing so I was happy when I came across this sling that was cheap and Amazon Prime eligible. I received this sling in 2 days and was pleasantly surprised with it. I have started using it for school as well. I can fit a spiral and a book or a spiral and my Lenovo X220 in it but I don't think all 3. I plan on putting my tackle boxes in it while fishing and possibly by Nikon D5100 in there as well if they both fit. This bag is pretty good. Its durable I use it as a gym bag. The only things I don't like is that there is no release on the strap. Also the water bottle mesh on the side of the bag is to small to hold any sort of beverage. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

I ended up walking through about 14 different cities with it and this was PERFECT for my trip! I have wanted a snowboarding/Ski backpack for some time but all the local shops never carried something that quite fit what I wanted. This backpack is exactly what I wanted. Rugged clips, straps, padding where it needs to be, proper aesthetics, and some great features. My one and only complaint is that the Charcoal color is completely misleading online. The backpack is a much brighter gray than indicated in the picture. Unfortunately im big on color matching so i was a bit upset but either way this product is wonderful!

I got this specifically to carry my snow shoes; I wear Atlas 830 shoes. This pack accommodates these just fine. I like how the zippers are accessible when the shoes are strapped on (to the sides). I have a pack for warmer weather so cannot comment on usefulness beyond my specific purpose. There is plenty of room, belly straps are LONG so I need to cut them (and burn ends).
I bought this sleeve for my kindle touch knowing full well that it would be too big, however it was the beautiful dragon design that attracted me. The vibrant teal/turquois blue against the grey and white background looked so cool! I was very disappointed when it arrived though. The design was more blurry than in the photo and the dragon was actually GREEN and not blue. The whites were not as vibrant as in the photo either so the whole picture did not look as defined and clear. I also bought a white case for my kindle but with the way this dragon sleeve looks, it does not match. I should have got a grey one instead because there really isnt't alot of white if any in the design. It's just dull. I gave this product 2 stars instead of 1 as it looks sturdy enough so at least it will do the job.
I searched all over for a good Mario backpack, and narrowed it down to two available on Amazon. My son (6 yrs old) loves the design. There are no side mesh pockets, but the extra top front pocket is a good place for treasure items. I was slightly concerned that it would be too small to fit everything for school, but it's perfect for my first-grader. There's enough space for his lunchbox, daily folders, a couple of library books and a thin jacket or sweater. It's probably a bit too small for older kids who have to pack text books and binders. The larger one is also available for a few more dollars.

I have had one of these for fifteen years and it's still good! It is actually bigger than I need. It can get wet. I mostly use mine for a shopping bag, but on the rare occasion I get to go some place it hols all my over night stuff. If I had kids in school this would be there backpack for life. I'm seriouse most of the packs kids have in high school are too small and they are crappy and fall apart by the end of the year. Duluth packs save money because they take an extreamly long time to wear out.

I'm a college student with lots of books and notebooks and random other stuff I have to bring. My previous rolling bag I got to save my back literally broke half way through the semester, which was not this bag. There are key differences between them which I was looking for. For one my college is mostly outdoors and when it rains the walk ways flood, it keeps the bag high enough up off the ground that it doesn't get wet, which I'm sure would be a definite plus for those who live in places that actually snow. Next the handle is sturdy with double bar handle I found the single bar handle isn't stable and if you have a lot of books and have to go upstairs is the first thing to break on the bag so another point for the calpack. Now I have to take a lot of stuff with me, this bag is HUGE it has room for everything with some to spare. The side pocket is the perfect size for a graphing calculator and the mesh pocket fits a 32 oz water bottle perfectly. But the thing that makes this bag totally worth it...the tag that comes on it is a 3 year warranty if it breaks. Oh yes I am down with that, this bag should by design last for the remainder of my college years and if it doesn't do what it should they'll replace it. The only thing about this bag that is a con which isn't really a con. The picture above doesn't do the color justice. The bag is really not pale pink it is more of a dark hot pink. I purchased this for my son and was very disappointed. The bag appeared to be of good quality and had several compartments. However, after two weeks of use the cross bar under the bag broke on both sides. It tilts forward and it can't be used anymore. I had better success with bags I purchased for alot less money. This is not worth the money and I don't recommend this product. I ended up buying him another bag for school.

The case fits fine and looks really nice. The dual zippers are a nice feature and the zippers seem to be good quality. BUT the case itself is very thin and doesn't seem to provided very much protection for the computer. I will eventually buy a different case.

I shopped around for a backpack that would protect my laptop and be easy on the wallet. I believe I found it in this backpack. This backpack has lots of storage compartments, securely holds your laptop in place and had a good bit of padding to help keep your laptop safe. It has nice padded shoulder straps with pocket to hold your cell. It is very well made and comes with a 5 year limited warranty. I got it at a nice price however I did see it $10 cheaper a week or so before I made my purchase. The price I paid was still very reasonable compared to the prices I saw in local stores and other on line retailers. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a well constructed, well padded, well designed and reasonably priced backpack. The only negative I have with the backpack is the sewn on MICROSOFT logo on the back. I removed the one on my backpack. I didn't want to advertise to any thieves the fact that my backpack had a laptop inside instead of maybe just books and junk. I bought this backpack on special and the value was excellent. My grand daughter was elated and her laptop fit perfectly. I bought this backpack to carry my lunch, hardhat and various other items to my workplace. The plant where I work requires that you wear protective equipment when walking in and out. So I needed a backpack large enough to carry everything when I ride my motorcycle to work.
This preschool-sized backpack suits its purpose. The lunchbox doesn't fit too well because of the smaller size of the backpack, so we generally carry the lunchbox separate. The side pouches for drinks are a great bonus. The one thing I would change it to have double-zipper pulls on the main backpack compartment. Never would have thought it to be necessary, but given this is a preschool-sized backpack and somethings need to stick out of the top on occassion, a double-zipper pull would be perfect. Not a deal breaker, though.

It's used mostly for carrying his stuffed puppy dog and some art work but once in a while we will pack a change of clothes inside.
