This bag is gorgeous, well made and absolutely just the right size for my needs. I travel a lot for business and needed something to carry my essentials on board for stowing under seat. This Tumi bag is perfect! It really is a beautiful bag made of quality materials. LOVE!

Purchased in anthracite color...very attractive bag and have received multiple compliments in airport security lines, at the office, etc.. Great Tumi quality with lots of functional space. Only complaint is that if you have large hands, the handles are tight.

I'm a globetrotter always in the airports. I needed a new in-flight bag for long flights. This bag is stunningly beautiful and well constructed. True quality. Unfortunately, it doesn't work well for my needs. Great pockets etc. inside but the bag doesn't stay firm. Laptop and magazines fall over and go under each other. Gets messy. I prefer my wheeling bag, which is also made by Tumi. This will be a great bag for someone, just not me. If you just need it for clothing or an overnight bag, it should be great. If you want to use it for business, it won't work well.

Victorinox Luggage Altmont 2.0 Dual-Compartment Mono-Sling Bag

Victorinox Luggage Altmont 2.0 Dual-Compartment Mono-Sling Bag, Amber, One SizeI bought this bag for my trip to Las Vegas because I needed something to carry small Items. This bag is great and has plenty of space and I didnt have to worry about losing anything. I highly recommend if you need a small bag.

I got this bag primarily for carrying stuff while biking. It's got enough space for small items like cellphones, wallet, chargers etc. My iPad barely fit on the 2nd compartment, I had to angle it i little bit but I was able to close the zipper on it. The front compartment is really small, but does have two compartments inside. The strap has a small zipped space for smaller cellphones, if you have a larger smartphone, it wont fit on it. I have an iPhone 5 without a case and it fits just right. The thing that really impressed me was I could rotate the bag in front of me to access my stuff without unstrapping or taking it off my shoulder. Overall, I recommend it for everyday carry items.

This bag is perfect for a day trip walking, hiking or biking. I bought it for a vacation trip that my wife and I would be doing a lot of walking on. This bag held our camera, drinks, snacks and even a light jacket no problem. The construction is durable. The color is more of a camel brown than the mustard yellow in the picture. The only dislike is the front zipper pouch is too small for current smart phones. Overall a great bag though.

This bag is easy to carry, and I love the zipper in the strap. It doesn't fit the iphone, but it's a handy secret stash pocket. The 2 zippers on the main compartment divide the rest of the bag into 2 parts. There are no inner pockets or dividers. The zippers really need to be bi-directional. You have to unzip all the way down to retrieve anything, and things have a tendency to fall out if you don't rezip the bag which can be difficult with only one hand. It seems to be durable, and it fits my kindle and a camera. I just spent 2 weeks traveling with it, and an outer pocket on the body would be very helpful. I had my iphone in a case on the strap and that didn't work well. I wanted to like it-I really did. But it didn't quite cut it. It hasa couple of good features but not enough to make it my go to bag.

Want Victorinox Luggage Altmont 2.0 Dual-Compartment Mono-Sling Bag Discount?

This sling bag is a the perfect size for me because I'm on the shorter side. It is well constructed and seems durable. It has one large compartment and one smaller compartment which contains a small pocket for a wallet, phone or keys. There is also a small compartment on the strap that was designed for a phone but my phone is too big to fit in it so that's usually where I put my keys. I wish it had one more small pocket but other than that, I'm very happy with this bag.

Professional 15" Laptop Briefcase in Black

Professional 15' Laptop Briefcase in BlackCheap is cheap. I've gotten nearly a year's use out of it but the metal buckle is now coming loose due to the tiny screws falling out. Wish it wouldn't have that issue but if you want something spacious to carry to work and look good, this is your match. Love it regardless.

This is a nice bag, but it was way too bulky and heavy, even without my laptop in it.

Nice bag, but not for a woman. Too heavy and bulky.

JanSport Spring Break Classics Series Daypack

JanSport Spring Break Classics Series DaypackThis is your pretty average backapack. I bought it for school, and when it arrived I realized it was much smaller than I anticipated (which is really my fault for not checking the dimensions). If you need a backpack that is functional and will carry a decent amount of books, I reccommend this product. However, if you are trying to carry around a library for school, which is what I'm having to do, I would look for something a bit bigger.

I bought this exact bag in the beginning of my 9th grade year in 1999. No joke, this bag lasted me 11 years and if it wasn't stolen out of my car, probably another 11. It made it through high school, college and everything else I needed it for. I wasn't upset my iPod was stolen, or the $80 cash, I was mad that my bookbag was! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. It will LAST you! Bought a new one today and I'm upset that it's gonna be 2021 before it's as comfortable as the old one :(

Buy JanSport Spring Break Classics Series Daypack Now

Well, let me start off by saing I am a mom of 3 school aged boys and one busy toddler. I purchased 11 Jansport backpacks and that was by no mistake.

My oldest son could use a mediocore book bag and make it last for a few years. My middle son, forget about it, he can go through 3 backpacks in one year. HUH, $20 here, $25 there, $20 again. One year, It looked as if my son had dragged his bookbag across the ground with his brothers skating on it, Or, lets say it looked as if it was tied under the bus with a watermelon in it and guess what it burned through the bag. YOu get the picture. This went on for 2 years. I wanted to make sure his next year wouldn't be the same. SO.... I thought, you want quality, and you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. HMMMM! $40 that's not bad, but will this bag last?

It's 2 months before the end of the school year, and I must say this backpack will last not just next year but for another 3 years to come. It looks brand new. I am so Proud of him, also myself for getting on the ball fast. The color of his is Hamster Brown, the material worried me because it doesn't seem like the same durable material like the older Jansport, Yet, it seems sturdy, able to take some damage and come out the winner. The straps are a little stiff at first but are quickly broken in, the back support is great and the simplicity of one front pocket and one big pocket makes it easy to locate items in your backpack. Being waterproof or atleast it seems to be, in the light rain, my kids books don't get wet. I couldn't ask for more in a bag.

My older son who isn't hard on bags is still taking care of his backpack and it looks marvelous. I'd say his could last another 5-6 years. The Color of his is Thai Pepper.

My little Man who is just a bud, also is great on bags, his backpack is looking marvelous as well at only 2 months left. Not a scratch or missing thread. His bag is Blue and Black and will last I am sure.

Being a Frugal MOM of four, I wanted a QUALITY bag that I was sure would last for more than one year. I remembered the quality bag I purchased for myself in HighSchool and Jansport was it's name. I feel blessed to be able to provide not only one of my boys with the same, but all of my boys with the name I love and trust on their backs. The other Bags, they are waiting for them. Hey I said I was frugal, I had coupons, so I stocked up. LOL!

A couple of things to be aware of when purchasing this backpack: it is smaller. The straps are also slightly more narrow and shorter than a typical "adult" sized backpack. Its really difficult to tell from some of the photos. Its slightly smaller than the LL Bean Original Book Pack ( @ 1404 cu in for the LL Bean) and the straps are smaller.

Ive uploaded two photos, one comparing the webbed straps on the Jansport (black) and the LL Bean Deluxe Bookpack (print) so you can see the size difference.

This pack is the perfect size for me. It'll carry all of my essentials, a pair of sunglasses, a pair of reading glasses (which I have to carry these days) and two cell phones. It'll also carry my flip camera and a few misc extras. I didnt want the next larger pack because I knew that one would be too big to carry around day to day for things like shopping and going to the grocery store.

I'm an average sized adult woman (about 5'8") but I don't think this pack would work for someone much taller than I am. I adjust the straps all the way out and it hangs a little lower than my middle back. It would be shorter on someone much taller. The padding is also closer to the top of my shoulder than under my arm, which I like actually.

Want JanSport Spring Break Classics Series Daypack Discount?

They should say its for kids and too small for you average middle school, highschool, etc. payloads. Perfect for grade school, unfortunately i bought it fo a highschool student. It is too small for anything but the lower grades carrying a couple of books. but the quality is clearly Jansport, "awesome". Too bad, i own it and cannot use it.

I love HK bags and was delighted to find this very unique design. However, after about 6 months of mon-fri use, the bag is not holding up as well as I had hoped. The side netting that holds water bottles has started tearing :( Some of the seams looks like it is going to tear and this is a 1st grader using it. So, Happy but not soooo happy...

My Kindergarten daughter loves her backpack and I am so glad that I got this cute Hello Kitty backpack. Its a good size for her shoulders and for what the teacher gives to her weekly.

As a mom, I like the plaids because it hides any potential dirt that my daughter might accumulate in the playground. Have had the backpack for about 3-4 months and it's still holding up great and my daugher feels like she's styling too. Happy mom and happy daughter with the purchase. P.S. My daughter had a HK jumpy and theme for her birthday, I wonder what gave her that idea?

Jeep 3 In 1 Backpack Harness

Jeep 3 In 1 Backpack HarnessBought this because my 16 months old boy loves his walking independence; he doesn't want to hold hands or walk with someone. The bag is big enough to hold essentials, few diapers, wipes, cup, snack, change of clothes, small toy. It fits well on him and the straps adjust so it will work well for a few years. The harness is great to help keep the straps on his shoulders. We tried it out in the house to see how he would do, he was confused when he couldn't keep walking and took the wrist strap from me to check it out. Haven't tried it out in a public place yet.

DadGear Backpack Collegiate Diaper Bag

DadGear Backpack Collegiate - LSUI bought this "diaper bag" for my brother because he didn't want to carry the "girly" one his wife picked out. I noticed they were only using this bag and not the other diaper bag they had. My sister-in-law said this is such a convenient bag with all the different pouches and pockets it keeps her more organized than her other bag not to mention since they use this one, she never has to carry the bag!!!

My husband loves this bag and I must admit I am a bit jealous because it has SO MANY compartments! We are due in a month, but I can see him finding this bag 100% useful, and I might steal it from him. :-)

I love this diaper bag. I bought one in 2010 when my son was born and we continue to use it now for overnight stays and trips even though he's 3 now. It is great to be able to carry your bag without worrying about it slipping off your shoulder. All of the pockets and compartments make it easy to find things and stay organized. Just bought another one as a baby shower gift.

Our baby hasn't been born yet, but my husband loved this gift for Christmas. I feel bad every time I see a dad carrying a girly diaper bag and I wanted to make sure that my husband got a cool bag he could use both now and later. The bag is organized nicely and the ability to access wipes from the outside is a great feature. When you have a mess to clean up, chances are you don't want to go digging through the bag to find them.

I also was pleased with the fact that the price was cheaper on Amazon than the manufacturer's own site.

Microsoft 39309 Queue Laptop Backpack

Microsoft 39309 Queue Laptop BackpackThis backpack gets the job done. Has plenty of room, although I would have liked to have additional dividers, or separate zippered pockets, instead of the one large rear section. I find it comfortable for walking to work and back.

Osprey Talon 11-Litre Backpack

Osprey Talon 11-Litre BackpackI purchased this pack for very long distance unsupported trail runs. I am new at this distance and and will likely never be a professional. I do not race.

Pros:

* Minimal weight

* Minimal bounce

* Straps don't rub

* Pack doesn't "crawl" up your back as you run (I hate that!)

* Pockets on hips large enough for GPS, Smart phone, or a couple of Clif Bars, yet small enough that they don't abrade the inside of my forearms

* Pockets on shoulder straps fits energy gells, my watch, my old-fashioned flip phone.

* Fits my older Platypus Hoser 3-liter hydration bladder.

* Easy to extract said bladder for refill without emptying contents of the pack.

* Fits enough gear for changing temperatures/altitude/conditions and "essentials" on daylong backcountry trail runs.

* Stretch pockets on side of pack for narrow water bottles (i.e., not Nalgene 1-Liters) perfectly sized and perfectly placed (I can reach them without removing the pack).

Cons:

* Light load compression should be better. The external storage bungee acts as a very limited compression.

* My waist has not yet shrunk to be sufficiently narrower than my ribs to prevent the hip belt from riding up over the bottom of my ribcage. I think, however, that this is more the fault of my slight paunch than that of the pack. If my waist narrows, I shall update this review.

WHY I GOT IT

For shorter distances (6 to 10 miles), I just need water which can be accomplished in a myriad of ways readily available. For longer distances (over 10 miles) I need some source of energy (gels or whatnot), and even for this there are plenty of waistpacks or running vests or hydration whatevers which will hold enough water, and a couple of energy bars and energy gels. However, I plan on running 50+ miles solo and largely without support through unfamiliar backcountry. There are plenty of packs which can be used to walk this distance, but the experience of running in most day packs goes from unpleasant to painful to injurious. These hiking specific packs tend to bind, rub, and bounce horribly when running.

OTHER CHOICES

One solution was to limit what I carry and use a smaller running pack like the Nathan HPL #020. There are others in that genre, but the Nathan seems to be the gold standard for ultra endurance runners. Nathan calls it a "Race vest," and videos of long distance trail runners wearing this abound. I felt, however, that its 275 c.i. cargo capacity was insufficient. I want to carry some "just-in-case" essentials, as weather can change on a day-long run, I might be traversing sufficient altitude as to expect different conditions on top, and if I'm having a slow day or I get a little off course I might find myself on an accidental camp-out.

My choices, then, looked to be limited to a few packs meant primarily for long-distance mountain biking as well as what the industry seems to be terming, "mult-use," "mult-sport," or "adventure racing" hydration packs. Manufacturers of these include Inov-8, Salomon, Camelbak, Gregory, and Osprey, but I didn't find examples of all of these packs in nearby stores to try on. I was, however, able to try on the Osprey Raptor 10, the Osprey Manta 20, and the Gregory Miwok 18, as well as the Osprey Talon 11.

**As a caveat, I did not wear my running gear into the store, nor did I bring a full water bladder to insert into the pack. It's not a bad idea to wear what you will wear and load what you will carry to test the pack out in the store, but even more important is a good store return policy. You can get a feel for the pack in the store, but distance is the real test. I suppose its not illegal to run laps in your local outfitter, but it'll likely be long before mile 15 that the folks in green vests ask you to stop sweating on their samples.

The Raptor and Talon are nearly identical in fit and feel, I found, so the main distinction was how I prefer to organize my gear. The Raptor had stretch hip pockets with no other seal (zipper, velcro, etc...) than the compression of the elastic (the Talon's hip pockets were stretch mesh with zipper closures) and the Raptor did not have the nifty shoulder strap pockets of the Talon. The other differences can easily be identified by an in-store comparison, but those I listed were important to me.

The Manta seemed to fit fine (no bounce, no binding, no rubbing), but is designed (goofily, if you ask me) as a miniature version of a full-featured technical backpacking pack -it even has an "integrated rain cover" -which gave me less apparent room (the specs say the Manta 18 has more room than the Talon 11, but I couldn't find it) and it weighs almost twice the Talon.

The Miwok 18 I found had insufficient support (stiffness) on the back panel. The Ospreys have a structured foam back panel which seemed to reduce pack bounce, and provides a protective barrier between the screwcap of my Platypus Hoser and my ribs. The Miwok has a truly nifty compression system which allows you to easily compress on the go. However, even when I really cinched this down there was a surprising amount of bounce. This is possibly at least partially related to the size. The Miwok 18 is identical to the Gregory Wasatch 12 except in capacity (18 and 12 liters respectively), the latter being the pack which would be more appropriate for my purposes. The Wasatch, however, wasn't in the store and since the Miwok and Wasatch were identical in every other way, I thought I'd still get a good feel. Also, the hip-belt pockets (I find these useful for accessing stuff on the go) on the Gregory, were so wide as to cause my forearms to brush against them while running. I can just imagine how nice my raw, bleeding arms would feel at the end of a 20 miles of that. The tethers of the shoulder straps and hip belt are stretchy and multi-part ("a set of flexible tendons," says Gregory). Though seemingly a major selling-point for Gregory, it did not make a difference in my brief, under-loaded, in-store test.

The winner for me was the Osprey Talon 11. It had the capacity I needed, the weight was not obtrusive, the flop nearly absent, and had both hip-belt pockets and neat little elastic pockets on the shoulder straps. The MSRP is not awful ($89 when I looked), and various colors and sizes can be found on sale for 10 to 15 bucks less. I got mine for $65 bucks, shipping included. I just did a test run of around 7 miles/1300' cumulative elevation gain with a minimal load. The pack performed as I had hoped, up hill and down, over rock and river, ducking branches, and on straight stretches of monotonous tarmac. It stayed put, didn't beat me up, and carried my necessities with plenty of room.

SIZING

I was the victim of some confusion in various online comments (not here, but elsewhere) about the sizing of this pack. The pack comes in two sizes, "S/M" and "M/L". Some comments suggested that the size difference is merely capacity, and if you go to the Osprey website's page for this pack the listing does not suggest otherwise. There is definitely a capacity difference (549 c.i. vs 671 c.i.), but there is also definitely a fit difference. If you go to the Osprey website's page detailing pack sizing (for all their packs), you will see the fit guide. I thought I would get the M/L for extra cargo capacity. The M/L that I ordered was a pack that flopped and rubbed and poked me in the lower back, contrary to the pack I had tried on which had fit so beautifully. I returned it and got the S/M which fit like a dream. Check the Osprey website pack sizing page to make sure you get the right one! This size difference, by the way, is available on the Osprey, whereas it was not available on the Gregory.

I have been using this backpack for everything. This is the perfect combination of style, comfort and function.

1. Daily commute to work. it fit my mac air 13' comfortable inside. I have also have a jacked in my pack to hold the laptop in place.

2. running pack. bound the body perfectly, no shake what so ever.

3. day hiking. I carry a light jacket, 3 litter water bladder, snacks, trekking poles and some small stuff like knifes and headlamp. works very well. highly recommended as a day pack.

I love my day pack. Light weight but strong. It feels like it is not even there. I have a bad back and this pack spreads the weight between my shoulders and hips. Pleanty of storage space, even with the water tank in it. Pleanty of areas to clip on items with c-clips. It looks cool too. Did I mention I love mine and I believe you would love one you bought too.

Used this backpack in the half Geoquest adventure race (160km trek, kayak, tubing, mountain bike over 48 hours). The bag easily fits in all the mandatory race gear (med pack, thermals, gore jacket), food, 3L hydro port (bought separately) and other bits and pieces you'll need for a race. The pockets on the straps are great for bars and gels as are the front pockets on the waist straps which also readily accommodate a compass. I've trained with this bag almost daily and it's been bulletproof. The bag is easily adjustable and have had no back or knee issues with 2hr+, 9kg pack training runs in hilly national park terrain. The reflective material on the back and locations to clip in lights make it an ideal mountain bike bag as well. This pack is an excellent, tough pack for mountain biking and long (12hr+) adventure races.

I ordered this backpack because I am going to art school and I have a lot of books and supplies I needed a backpack that

I would feel safe putting my laptop in to carry back and forth on a day to day basis. This is probably the most comfortable backpack I have ever had, but it does not hold very much. I have a 15" macbook pro and it barely fit in the small amount of padding they added for it, so I don't feel safe putting it in my backpack without my other case-which of course does not fit in the built in case. Kind of defeats the purpose.

I bought the black and white one, and I really like it. It fits my 15.6" laptop very well. It has a built in sleeve for the laptop which I really like. It seems well padded. The inside color is lime green which I think is great because it adds a punch of color. Has lots of zippers and pockets inside the smaller zipper for holding everything you have. It has plenty of room for my laptop, books, and whatever else I need to put in. I would definitely recommend this product.

Just two compartments. The main one and the front pocket. Very few specialized slots to keep pens, etc. organized. The backpack is smaller than my daughter anticipated to hold her school stuff. I guess it could be a good thing so she's not lugging too much weight on her back and has to be very precise with what she takes to school.

Was disappointed with this bag once recieved. It was more pink than pictured in the photo, but the main point is the shape of the bag.

It is very square in shape, which is a little awkward to use.

Also, would have been nice if there was a drink pocket/holder on the side of the bag.

I ordered this item on January 24th expecting to have it delivered by February 6th for my daughter's first day of school. My daughter is 6 years old and loves Dora's books. She was thinking of getting her backpack every day since January 24th but every day was a disappointment. I hate to see her so disappointed when looking outside for a package after dark for more than 10 days. In the track report, it only showed that the item left in "Transit" but there was no way to track where it was. Last week, I got an evaluation form asking about my purchasing experience. I expressed my frustration about not receiving the item yet. I emailed to the Seller informing that I have not received the item even after the latest estimated delivery date. However, I have not heard a word from the seller until this morning. Then I filed a claim at Amazon to get a refund as gift credit. Very soon after I submitted my claim, I got an email from the seller telling me that they have sent the item out but there was NO WAY for them to track where the item could be. They said they were willing to mail me the same item again but it is out of stock. They directed me to another product as a replacement. It is very interesting that the seller got back to me 8 days after I contacted them and right after I filed a claim for a refund. Fortunately, the item was delivered later afternoon. The backpack is in bad quality, it looked dirty and rusty because of the color and its design. But my daughter loves the bag because she loves Dora. I do not want to hurt my six years old who has been thinking about her backpack for more than 10 days. I decided to keep it and make her happy. All I want to say is that this seller has a poor service and the backpack is not in a good quality. Since we have not received the backpack before my daughter went to school, we bought a beautiful backpack at $10 from Target. It is in a much better quality. If your kids love Dora and really want a packpack with Dora and Boots, go for it to make your kids happy. However, in terms of the quality of the item and the quality of the service, I have to rate it very low.

Kelty Messenger Diaper Bag

Kelty Messenger Diaper Bag, BlueWe have an Eagle Creek Parent Survival Pack messenger style diaper bag that we love, but the line was discontinued so I cannot get a second for when we each take a kid seperate directions.

The Kelty is smaller than our EC bag, which is a little frustrating with all the extra baby stuff I now need to carry, but will be great when we shift to toddler needs. Our EC bag just seemed huge and heavy once our boy needed less stuff. As it is I keep one of the toddler's diapers in the baby's diaper bag and leave his bag in the car if I am out with both kids.

The net pouches around the inside make finding things easy because too many zip-up areas make little items (extra pacifier or bottle of baby ibuprofin) hard to find. And the pouches are actuallly big enough to use! The light color of the interior is also nicer for finding things compared to the black of our EC bag.

The cooler area for a bottle does a great job. At times I wish for a second one, but given the space needed by the material that keeps it cool I am okay with it. The light weight of the bag is worth it to me. The net pouch on the other side of the diaper bag (outside) has other uses.

Having the pocket for the changing pad protected by the front flap of the bag is nice good and I quite like that.

I wish Kelty had put no-slip stuff on the strap cushion that to make it actually stay on my shoulder. Instead I always have to wear it across my body and sometimes that just isn't convenient. That is my biggest issue with the bag.

My husband's one issue and deal-breaker for him with this bag is the metal closure piece for the front of the bag / the front flap that goes over the main compartment's zipper and the changing pad pocket. He has a hard time trying to manipulate it with one hand while holding the baby and that is quite frustrating when she is crying or you really really need something right now. I found it to be a practice thing, but as a nursing mother I tend to take the baby and Daddy gets the toddler. After getting used to it I like the closure because it stays closed and nothing sticks to it, unlike the velcro keeping the flap closed on our other bag.

Would I buy it again? Probably. I quite like the light weight of the bag and the simple arrangment of the organizer pockets. Also nice from my "it should match" obsession is that we use this bag for my daughter and have the matching Kelty FC 3.0 carrier for her. We have the blue one for our son and this way we always know which kid's stuff we are grabbing.

I own two KIDS Kelty carriers that I absolutely love. They are durable (really, really durable), functional, comfortable and backed by a lifetime guarantee. So when I saw that Kelty also makes a diaper bag (that matches my TC carrier too!), I had to give it a try. And it was a steal at $40!

My first impression when it arrived was that it was much bigger than I thought it would be, but collapsed nicely when it was less full. It holds my 15 inch MacBook Pro with ease so I ended up using it as a laptop carrier/diaper bag on our last trip out of town. On our family adventure, this is what I found:

* The cooler is fantastically designed -you can access it from the top or side. It's also very easy to clean (the lining pulls out, so you can run it under water).

* The cooler is also quite large. I stacked a Foogo thermos, apple sauce container, and Munchkins snack pack. This also means when you don't need the cooler for your kids, it will also fit a full size water bottle!

* The pockets are raised to the top of the bag, so it's easy to get to your phone, utensils, bibs, etc.

* Beige lining makes everything easy to see.

* Holds a lot! I had my digital SLR Canon, Laptop, extra sandwich cooler, blankie, and extra stories and toys along with the usual diaper/food items necessary for any trip.

* I never lost anything in my bag -unheard of in my previous cheapo BrU find.

* It slid onto my roller luggage. Brilliant!

* Husband didn't mind carrying it around

The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the bag lacks stroller clips and it's fairly difficult to get into. With a zip top and a metal L-latch enclosure (which can be opened one handed with some fiddling and will not slip out thanks to a lip on the L-latch), quick access into the bag is only possible if you leave the flap open. That said, this system is a great feature if you're traveling -there is no way this thing is popping open or breaking on a far-away outing. My personal wish is that this bag had a backpack option like its predecessor; although, I must say that given how many backpack-type luggage pieces we were carrying on our trip, I was happy to have an item that wasn't taking up additional back real estate. While I wish it was a bit more stylish, you really can't beat the price.

I really liked this diaper bag because it's gender neutral and both I and my husband can look normal carrying it. What I DON'T like one bit is the clasp. It was a good though making it adjustable to accommodate a fuller/emptier bag, but it is so cumbersome to try and slide it in through the loop. We end up not clasping it half the time and then the flap is hanging loose and it looks sloppy. If they'd find a better closure method it would be great though.

My wife and I decided on this Kelty bag so we would not have to juggle between two separate diaper bags. We purchased the green color, but online it looks lime green and silver, which I wasn't crazy about. The actual color is green and more of a tan color, with a silvery sheen to the whole bag.

The messenger flap stays closed by looping a small metal hook through a fabric loop, so it does have the potential to come unhooked by itself, but we've not had an issue with that. The padded shoulder strap is comfortable and contours to fit around the neck, and features a swivel at both ends where it attaches to the bag so you can untwist it easily.

Overall this is a good quality bag that's just the right size, and hip enough for both parents to carry around.

Great quality and durability, as with any Kelty product. My husband likes the design and this is very important as most diaper bags are "girlie" and this one is great. Only wish was that it also had a backpack strap option. But very excited about this baby accessory.

Columbia Circuit Breaker Technical Daypack

Columbia Circuit Breaker Technical Daypack, Collegiate Navy, One SizeI just love it,

first the design, I thought the other version "Manifest Technical Daypack" was better because of the proportions but nahh, this one is bigger and you really dont notice the proportion stuff... The green is something more fluorescent than it appears on the photographs but it all is quite vivider, the grays and blacks also and that is great!

I'm really pleased with the quality of materials and the different textures for different purposes: You really see great manufacturing.

Lots of compartments, there are a lot of places to put specific stuff and it stays compacted or grows bigger in terms of what you are carrying.

The back system for heat flowing is incredible. I live on a quite warm city, and I generally use it to avoid sweating putting it between car seats and my back... you just sweat being seated on a car or bus seat here and the system and materials really do what they say, they keep cool on high temperatures, and the air really flows... not as much as you would like (which would be having a fan on your back, hehe) but something better -on the overall sensethan a backpack with curved bars and the space between.

Haven't probed it on really really high temperatures but I believe it will be ok... the average temperature here is 23oC but you can get something close to 30oC by midday, and it behaves

great choice I decided on it, I'm happy :)

Lots of volume, comfortable, excellent compartmental design. Works well as camping day pack or large urban laptop pack. Highly recommend.

I'm really happy with my purchase. Craftmanship is great, the materials are tough and durable, and the design is perfect for the body. I'm really happy with the number of compartments because it allows me to organize my stuff in a neat and orderly fashion and papers don't get crumpled when you would otherwise mix them with clothes. The laptop pocket fits my 13" laptop perfectly and it doesn't get scratched because it's felt and comes with a cushion at the base. The second pocket is for my clothes, I can probably fit 2-3 sets of clothes in there. the 3rd compartment is perfect for documents. I can fit folders in there as long as they're not the long kind. My favorite pocket is the one in the front that opens up like a locker or fridge door, it's easy to access and you see everything all at once.

The only thing i don't like about this bag is that the sternum strap/ emergency whistle is NOT detachable and it gets in the way sometimes, dangling in front of you. Other than that, this backpack is perfect for me. Not to mention that Columbia has great post-sales service. This bag comes with a lifetime warrantee on most of its features. I've heard that when they can't repair it, they give you a discount on your next bag. Good job Columbia.

This bag looks good but it is way too heavy. It has this big foam which keeps this bag stable but it really doesn't help. The quality is good no doubt about that. THe reason this get a one star is because this is a very very heavy bag pack. Columbia this time dissapointed me. But I will still buy their products.

this bag worked for the short time i used it. I ended up selling it on e-bay shortly after i bought it. The back panel is a good couple of inches longer than the actual bag itself, therefore, it doesnt sit up very well. the lack of padding on the straps made it incomfortable to carry for long periods of time. I travel alot for work and this bag just didnt meet my needs.

Leyden and Sons Leather Bag Co. - Estate Briefcase

Leyden and Sons Leather Bag Co. - Estate BriefcaseI've always seen people with those great leather bags that look like they have a ton of stories behind them. Give it a litle time and this bag will be one of those. I've always wanted to get bag that I know will be the last one I will buy. After a couple of weeks, I think i finally found it. Great quality at a fair price.

After many years of hard work, my husband earned his doctoral degree. I wanted to commemorate his accomplishment with a practical yet sophisticated gift. I decided on a leather messenger bag because it is useful and durable and a great upgrade from the backpack he had been using for so many years as a student. I wanted one with a classic design that would last forever. There were many bags to choose from on Amazon but when the beautifully packaged leather bag arrived in my home I knew I chose the right one. It is soft to the touch and has a beautiful rich dark color. The gorgeous hardware is of high quality and will almost certainly last as long as the bag which looks like it will almost certainly outlast my husband and maybe even our son! The new leather smell was amazing. The bag is awesome brand new but will certainly improve with age as it develops more character, not unlike my husband. Thank you for producing this wonderful leather bag!
