It looks very nice and functional. I bought it for skiing, so I did not tried it yet for main purpose. But I used it for urban use and it fits perfect. Enough space inside for daily use and very confortable. For sure I will recommend it.

I searched for ages to find an appropriate sized backpack for my 5 year old son for 'big school'. Everything I found in stores (if I found anything at all), was either too small, or way too big. With the measurements provided for the backpack, I was able to determine if this bag would fit his school-related items (which it would perfectly). I personally enjoy the two pockets; as they come in handy for mittens, hats, snacks, notes, his books, and even his heavy coat! Zeroshock III 12-inch Notebook Case
I have bought 4 Shinza sleeves for various laptops. They used to be minimalist cases for just the laptop. Towards the end Shinza added a zippered sleeve pocket for some papers etc I have not used that pocket at all.The sleeve is of excellent quality in build and materials. They hold the laptop securely, and the zip (3 sides) opens the sleeve up for easy access. You can be sure that your laptop will be protected.
I typically put my laptop in the sleeve and then put the sleeve in a backpack as I think that typical laptop bags are just magnets for mischief. My backpack does not 'yell' laptop inside. The fact that I have not lost or damaged a laptop so far speaks for itself. I have been carrying laptops since the early 90's, starting with the LX40 from IBM and graduating to the X60s.

Kensington 62348 Contour Roller Carrying Case
I've had the kensington contour roller for about 3 years. We've been everywhere together. 83 countries in fact. I've been very impressed with this bag. My old bag is a six star bag. Unfortunately, the wheels wore out and some of the stitching was starting to come apart. I've loved this bag, so choosing a new one wasn't going to be a problem. I ordered the 'exact' same bag from amazon.The 'new' contour roller is a cheap knock off of the old bag. I'm so disappointed. The pictures are all of the old bag. First, the zipper tags are some cheap little metal tabs, unlike the originals that were a neat two piece tab. The material is different, to be blunt, it's cheap, coarse nylon. The older bag had a softer feel, and the use of a simulated leather in key places like around the top handles. The leather has been removed from the top of the bag. Several of the little interior pockets have been removed, these were great for little things like pen drives. The zipped laptop sleeve is no longer removable. The bag smells like 'China'. If you have ever been to China you know what I'm talking about. It has a 'tar/oil' smell. I can smell it now as the bag sits beneath my desk.
Kensington, what happened? This was probably the best rolling laptop bag on the market, now it is a cheap knock off of itself. Change it back and fire the clown that went cheap. I like your products, but feel 'ripped' over this one.
Update: I agree with other reviewers. I recently bought another one of these and the bag has changed. It is still a pretty good bag but not the top notch, virtually perfect bag that I originally bought in 2005 and still have (the above review). On the newer bag, which I bought for my wife, I added Zipquix zipper pulls to make up for the simple, small and slippery metal tabs they now use. I'm now looking on Ebay hoping to score an old style bag for a backup to mine, which is still holding up pretty darn well.
I'm not sure I would not recommend the new bag. It is still good, just not as good. I would probably give it 4 stars now if reviewing it fresh and never having known how good they used to be. I think some of the other reviewer's disappointment is dismay over the cheapening of what was once the (arguably) best business roll-around bag in the market.

I'm surprised. Surprised at a high level of quality and functionality for what I consider a very reasonable price.I had a rolling case that I'd considered pretty decent, but the handles were not sturdy enough. So I began the search for another, eventually looking at well over a dozen. I kept coming back to the Contour Roller, which seemed to offer everything that my previous case had, plus improvements in durability and ease of carry.
It turns out that the Contour Roller is far superior to my previous notebook case. It's sturdier; the handles are much better, and more sturdily attached; it has a surfeit of pockets inside, including three in the back section for peripherals and addons like a webcam, mouse, and charger. There's a bottle pocket on the outside, and the handle is long enough for me to pull the case without it creeping up on my heels (I'm 5-11).
I'm a college professor, and need a case for my computer plus class materials (it's my normal workday "briefcase"). It handles that role extremely well. I needed something to organize class materials, whiteboard markers, pens, calculator, the normal detritus of someone who needs materials handy. This has so many inside pockets I don't even have them all filled.
I was concerned that my standard-sized laptop (14") would swim around in the case, which is advertised as being large enough for a 17" computer. It turns out my computer fits extremely well, but there's still room for a larger one.
I had wondered if the wheels, which are as wide as can be, would interfere with moving the case around. Not so, as it turns out.
This is a perfect case for me. It rolls, is very easy to carry (whomever designed the handles should get a raise--there are two halves that nest together in an extremely secure arrangement), and the carry-strap contour system is terrific. As a bonus, I feel it protects my computer much better than my previous case.
I haven't taken it on a trip yet, but it'll be a great carry-on. There's plenty of room for a change of clothes plus toiletries, a secure place for my computer, and room for a few books, files, whatever.
At this price, it's worth every penny, and then some.

I glady bought this case to tote an HP ZD7000 (17") notebook. The telescopic handle eliminates drag and truly decreases the amount of energy needed to pull. I can actually pull this case with a pinky!A very comfortable, padded arm strap and ergonomic case design make carrying the case easier than any other case I have used. Storage compartments were thoughtfully designed, as well as aesthetics.

What a disappointment, 2006 vs. 2010.I proudly owned this computer case since 2006.
Recently I bought a new case, the same model...
Unfortunately, circa 2010 it is a totally different carrying case.
1) Computer compartment size is smaller now.
Claimed Computer compartment 16.5"L X 13.0"H X 3.0"W
Actual Computer compartment 16.0"L X 11.5"H X 3.0"W
As end result, my 17'' notebook computer doesn't fit anymore.
2) What happened to a curvy telescopic handle?
New telescopic handle is made of cheaper aluminum than the original. Handle is no longer contoured (curvy), it is straight, and is very wobbly.
3) This rolling bag was perfect circa 2006. Now the quality is bad and the materials used are mind boggling.
4) Photos and Flash product tour show the original case as of 2006. The 2010 purchased case doesn't correspond them anymore.

I have a number of camera bags, including a Domke F-2 bag, on which this one is based. You can - and I have -put a ton of stuff in this bag. The bottom space is laid out exactly like the classic Domke F-2 bag. The additional space above the bottom section is open space that can be used for a camera with lens mounted, a jacket, sandwich, or other items. It's comfortable and stable to carry when loaded and heavy, and like the other two Domke bags I have, is built to stand up to the toughest use and abuse in extreme conditions. I love the canvas construction. It reminds me of the legendary Duluth packs I use for canoe trips and is built with similar quality materials and workmanship. It doesn't have a rain cover and is technically not waterproof, but I used the pack on a week-long photo tour recently where it rained every day but one and my gear never got wet at all.The only thing I wish the bag had is an arrangement for carrying a tripod, and therefore it gets four stars. But if you really had to, you could work with some additional straps to secure a tripod using the handle on top, thereby keeping your hands free. If you need a rugged, flexible pack that holds a lot of stuff, this might be your bag.

I have the largest size and the add-on piece. Both are gorgeous and high quality. The roller wheels move freely and allow for quick mobility. This large piece has a few scuff marks from airport handling but that is normal. It held up very well and still looks elegant.UPDATE
This luggage was basically destroyed on my second trip using it. The top handle broke off. I have emailed eBags.com about a warranty. Very, very disappointed. It didn't withstand the airport.
SOLO Classic Collection Colombian Leather 15.6-Inch Laptop Portfolio, Dark Brown, D535-3
The look of this bag really appealed to me it is a really sharp looking bag. Functionality wise, I think they could have made some improvements without effecting the cost very much.The buckles and straps for both the front and back compartments are mainly decorative, there is no way to adjust them without modifications. There is plenty of expansion room in the compartments themselves but if you put too much stuff in them the buckles won't snap, defeating the expansion of the compartments. I don't always need the extra room, but when I do need to stuff a few extra things in the bag it is nice to know it will be secure.
To remedy this problem I took the bag to a local cobbler and had him modify it. He added two holes to each of the front buckle straps and installed two magnetic clasps to the ends of the decorative straps on the rear of the bag. This allows both compartments to be secured when at full capacity. The price of the modification was $12 and makes the bag much more versatile and doesn't impact the look.
Other than that, I really like the bag. I'm finding it a bit difficult to organize all the various electronic gadgets I carry with me, but there would be no way to remedy that without making the bag more bulky and that would defeat its style.
This year, however, I have to take off two stars. It ruined two pairs of pants, and the silver ring that the handle was attached to (one of them) fell off without me noticing while I was only using the shoulder strap. How did it ruin two pairs of pants? It starts to bleed after awhile. For light pants, when this happens, its a complete disaster. Brown streak marks on your pants is never flattering, especially ones that don't come off all the way in the wash.
So would I recommend this? Only if you're planning on buying a new briefcase in a year or two. If you're looking for something to last a few years or longer, get something else.

I have been using this briefcase for several months now and I am very happy with it. Looks great. Fits my 15.4" laptop very nicely. Has a bunch of compartments that can hold pens, cell phone, pda, power adapter, a few thin folders, pads of paper etc. If you are looking for a laptop bag that can hold large amounts of files, folders, other computer equipment, this is not the bag for you. However, if you want a stylish briefcase that can hold a laptop and a moderate amount of documents and accessories, I think you will be very happy with this one.Executive summary:An excellent bargain at $90 if you find one of the better examples, considering the variation in leather and build quality within this bag model. It isn't for everybody considering the additional care that the (*real*) leather warrants and the additional weight, as well as the aesthetic design. The design puts it mainly in the business/office scenario, but it's casual enough to maybe pass for fashionable everyday carry (but it may be too casual for navy/charcoal suit, formal business meetings). There were some user-fixable issues with the earlier runs of this model, but SOLO has since updated the newer runs to fix those issues at the factory.

First off, great looking bag for work, styling is a bit rounded/curvy but very fitting for a satchel. It almost looks like a motorcycle/horse saddle bag than something for the office, which I think gives it a handsome, somewhat outdoorsy look. I think another reviewer described it as academic or professor-like?
The functional design has the 2 main compartments fixed to both sides of a stiff cardboard or plastic load-bearing center panel which itself hangs off what seems to be a metal rod which the handles/straps attach to. Functionally, this means that (1) the bag holds its shape even when standing empty or carried by the shoulder straps, unlike messenger bags which can crumple if you don't add something stiff in there. This design in 2 main compartments separated by a stiff board also means (2) less chances of bulging at the bottom when stuffed with gadgets, etc. It'll still bulge when overpacked, but given the design and the leather body it won't be as noticeable.
It's primarily a hand-carry design, but it can do shoulder-carry even if it may not look as neat as a messenger bag style (straps coming up from the sides). The stiff shape-holding rod does make a more awkward shoulder carry than a crumple-able messenger bag though.
The inside is polyester but I think this is a positive as stuff slides more easily on the material. Anyway, I've seen many long-lasting leather women's purses with similar combo of soft outer leather and polyester lining (but this is certainly no purse!).
Given the design using (real) leather, the support panel, and support rod, it's already somewhat heavy even when empty, maybe about as heavy as an empty attache briefcase. For me, it's still a worthwhile tradeoff to have its looks and ability to hold its shape (messenger bags are not for me unless I want minimal weight and easy access. I'm still a backpack guy first, but I'd go with a satchel before I go messenger bag. And yes, satchels are different from messenger bags).

I focus on negatives when I evaluate a product based on reviews from previous customers, and the following stood out:
1) Strap/handle ring comes out due to screw loosening (pretty major, until you realize you could just unscrew it, add super glue, then carefully put it back in so it doesn't set with the rod, only with the screw and ring).
2) Color rubbing off/running.
3) Non-adjustable (main compartment) straps
4) Only a magnet closure on the document side (snap-buckle secures the laptop side--the belt-like buckle is purely cosmetic).
Additionally, and most of this is specific to my preferences:
5) I wish they made this in a smaller size. Same thickness in the compartments, but just big enough to hold Letter size (instead of Legal size which this can hold), and just big enough to do 13" laptops instead of 16". Sizing like this could make it more usable as a casual man bag as well as shave some weight while also making it a better fit for someone with netbooks/tablets instead of a full-on laptop.
6) There is an alarmingly wide range in quality of the build and the leather itself even within the same model. I checked Staples (where this can be seen in person), and even discounting mishandling by store associates I saw nicks and blemishes in the leather that's too noticeable to be attractive. Natural leather has blemishes that came with the original animal skin, and they do add character, but these just seemed like damage *after* the leather was made. There were also some leather sections that was stretched a bit too much for me.
Also, some of the blemishes from the original animal skin stood out a bit too much for my taste (like oval marks). Aside from the unacceptable (to me) blemishes and damage, the leather pieces also had a good variety, from fairly smooth to more full-grainy, and from the softer side of soft to the stiffer side of soft. My only niggle with this variety in the leather properties is that it may be noticeable, in an annoying way, if the pieces of leather on the same bag were too different.
All told, it took me 6 bags across 3 different Staples stores to find the only one that was acceptable to me--but it was in top form, I'd say, so I counted myself quite lucky, although again I suppose there was some mishandling by Staples or by customers picking through the bags.
Build quality ranged a bit too, a couple of the 6 bags I examined had uneven stitching, like somebody's hand wavered at the sewing machine. No loose threads though, but some of the uneven stitching seemed to get too close to the edge of the material to be secure over time. 5-year warranty, maybe, but might as well pick the sturdiest and best-looking of the bunch if you can.
7) I already noted the weight even when empty.
8) The earlier version had an extra sewn-in divider in the document section that was removed in the newer version (the document section has the same overall size). This is like the laptop pocket on the laptop section, but with the bottom open. Not sure if this is a negative really.
9) Not really rainproof. Then again, it's leather and shouldn't be wetted anyway, but the flaps do leave some holes for raindrops to get into.
10) Mainly flap closure, with only 1 thin zippered compartment. Not as secure from prying eyes/hands.

My thoughts/responses on the negatives:
1) I already mentioned that the screw can simply be glued in by the end user, but SOLO has actually already done that at the factory on the newer runs. I can't even budge the screw with a screwdriver on the newer version. I know for sure that the change was made because I picked up an older version with the same model number at the thrift store, and compared it with a newer version of the same model. The older model really did have screws that came loose disturbingly easily over time. (BTW, $15 at the thrift store! But it already had 1 missing strap ring, some scuffs, and a loose thread at the bottom--all easily dealt with or accepted as nice character/aging, except for the missing strap ring).
Additionally, SOLO actually narrowed the base of the rings a bit so that there's less room to slide the rings sloppily side to side on the rod. The extra space on the older run wasn't noticeable until I compared the two versions, and even then the older version was still no problem at all in this regard. On the whole, if you get good leather and stitching on a bag, I'd say SOLO tightened up the design.
2) Color running? It's leather, it'll do that a bit when new (and maybe a bit more depending on the leather piece and the variance in quality). It'll do it even more when it gets wet--I gave the used one I found a good wipe down with Ivory soap and a bit of moisture, and I rubbed off some brown (still, I only got a little brown on the paper towel despite the good rubbing, but then again, this was already somewhat used when I found it, and it does seem slightly lighter than the brand new).
I'd probably recommend the end user to give the leather a good cleaning before use, just to minimize the risk of color rubbing off on good clothes. I'm not an expert on leather care, but I did read several methods and alternatives to care for leather. Considering the relatively low cost of the leather bag but relatively high cost for a bag in general, I decided to do:
> Seasonal or annual cleaning with just Ivory soap and a moist sponge followed by pat-dry and using Lexol leather conditioner (maybe Sno Seal or similar waterproofer). Cheap alternative to conditioner would be minimal mineral oil or petroleum jelly but I read that stuff breaks down to leather-damaging solvent over time.
> Daily or weekly brushing to get the dust off.
> Maybe monthly polishing with brown shoe wax. Key thing is to buff off the excess so color won't rub off in use.
Then again the used bag I found probably was never given any care beyond dry wiping down, and while it looks a bit weathered it still looks great. Leather's leather though, might as well give it some proper care.
3) The straps to close the compartment covers decorative, their function limited to providing a handle to lift the flap up (although considering how they're stitched to the outside of the leather flap and not all the way through, I'd be wary of them coming loose after a few years and being hard to sew back on). Adjustable straps might be nice to keep the compartments snug, but they keep their shape well enough. The only reason to have adjustable straps would be to compress the bag a bit when non-full, but then again, considering how well it already holds its shape, it probably wouldn't compress down that much without stretching leather.
4) The magnets holding the document side is snug enough, and since the flap isn't tensioned between the handle and the compartment like on a messenger bag (another reason I disfavor messenger bags), the flap really doesn't need to hold back much. It just needs to keep the compartment covered and pulled in so it's not bulging, and as long as you're not stuffing more than say 4 inches worth of stuff in there it should work admirably.
5) I would very much prefer a Letter-size/13" laptop size version of this same satchel. But this size is still very appropriate for business, and can probably pass for casual use. Really I just want a casual bag that errs away from being a manpurse and leans more to Indiana Jones adventuring satchel.
6) Not much getting around this one besides shopping for yourself. Amazon unfortunately doesn't do free return shipping, but maybe you can talk them into a free exchange to roll the dice again? Or find an alternate online seller that does do free return ship? Really surprising though how much difference there could be, bag to bag. Staples is the only place I've found this in person, and theirs is $140 (but an Android Staples checkin app eventually spits out a coupon that brings it to about $90-95).
7) Weight is weight, and again, to me, the look and function are worth the weight for something to carry a laptop and about 2-3 notebooks worth of papers from home to ride to a desk.
8) I thought the divider might help keep the document compartment from bulging out, but the leather and magnet closure already do a bang up job. Removing that divider also gives a bit more room.
9) Already mentioned, it's leather and shouldn't get wet, but waterproofing conditioners do exist (Sno Seal, although that darkens lighter leather). The holes the flaps leave are still at risk though. Just keep it out of the wet and maybe have a lightweight cover on hand (e.g. a plastic bag).
10) If you kept sensitive documents you'd probably want a lockable attache case anyway. There are bags with zippered compartments, but it's rare to find them in combination with flaps to cover the zippers, so you're stuck with accepting visible zippers, going with unzippered flap bags, or the other type of briefcase that is more like a tote with open top, just held shut by the handles. Just be wary with your bag, chances are the bag itself is desirable enough to be stolen just for the bag without having to worry about the contents anyway. Pickpockets could still be an issue though.

Notes on additional changes on the newer run (besides the permanently-glued screws on the strap rings, the narrower opening on the strap rings to reduce sliding, and the removed document section divider):
> SOLO changed the shape of the laptop compartment sides a bit so it's more enclosed with the flap down. The laptop compartment necessarily sticks out quite a bit, so the older run which had a uniformly horizontal pocket left a roughly triangular gap/opening in the side with the flap down. The other effect of the updated design besides enclosing the pocket better is that the side profile of the bag keeps its rounded shape at the top instead of being leaner at the top when the laptop area is empty.
> More prominent branding, as in deeper impression of "SOLO" in the leather. Considering this is leather, it really is branding in the classic sense. The lettering is pretty much the same font and size, located in the bottom middle of the laptop flap. The older run had visible brand but shallow enough that it could probably be invisible from across a room. Not so with the newer run. Really more of an aesthetic issue. Considering the vintage look of the bag it'd be nice to really embrace the illusion of a weathered old adventuring satchel instead of being a modern consumer product that the logo suggests. I don't think even actual wear can hide the branding after a few years without ruining the leather first.
Then again, that brand is just the right spot for an engraved plate, and SOLO has a webstore that offers different styles for $6-7 + postage. BTW I think that store is for anyone to use whether or not they have a SOLO bag. I don't know if that's a good price but I offer it as an example.
> The shoulder strap on the older run had a decorative strip of matching brown leather running down the length of the canvas main strap (decorative, since the strap already comes with a leather-lined shoulder pad). The newer run removed the leather strip and changed the canvas slightly to a smoother material. A bit more like a smooth car seat belt strap and less like a duffle bag coarser handle/shoulder strap.

Notes on (leather or leather-like) alternatives (Amazon does a good job presenting specific examples):
> There are very few in this functional style, with the handle attached to a rod, and the rod carrying a stiff panel that the main compartments hang onto.
> There are quite a few that have the handle attached to the load-bearing flap (and most seem to be messenger bags which almost always use this style). The flap must have a good buckle/closure, and most of these styles rely on the material to provide stiffness if any. The main flap also cannot be opened while carrying by hand.
> There are a few with a messenger-bag like design but the handle secures to the main compartment, not the flap, by going through a "porthole" in the flap.
> I definitely envy the $200+ satchel models from Vagabond Traveler and ($300+) Saddleback Leather. Those only have the handles on the load-bearing flap though, so it has to be set down or shoulder-carried to be opened.
> There are cases that look like beefed-up laptop bags. Modern looking, which may or may not be a desired look.
> Attaches I've read are really on the way out. All business and can be anywhere from old-fashioned boxy-big to modern sleek and thin.
> Briefcases that start to look like clothes luggage. Gets the job done, but not really much for fashion.

That's about all the styles I've seen that would be good for office/business settings *and* in leather/leatherlike materials. I had to return this bag because I was looking for a messenger bag. One that could hold books and possibly a computer. THIS IS NOT IT! This bag is the size of a purse. Perhaps, it was my fault for not scrutinizing the specifications; therefore, I felt that giving it a low rating for my mistake was wrong. Also, the bag looked as though it was very sturdy, and it's nice to know companies are becoming more sustainable. I wanted to warn others of my mistake to save them the hassle. This bag is styled like back-pack stuff so I don't feel odd carrying it around. It's very well made & ought to last me a long time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the water bottle holder is too tight for the usual 16 oz. bottle. It'll fit but not without a struggle. It should be easier to slip in & out.

The bag is decent for what I need, can carry a notebook, my acer timeline-X and a good sized text book. At about a foot wide it great.Where it falls short:
The bottle net on the side is pointless, you couldn't get a 12 oz soda can in there.
The one buckle...they cheaped out with their own flimsy, extremely thin & difficult buckle rather than use a tried and true 1/2" side release buckle
The shoulder strap cannot be shortened less than a meter. which is ridiculously long if you plan on biking with this bag. and again they put cheap flimsy plastic clips on each end with plastic thinner than a nickle.
The Handle...they used a thin ribbon to make it with a single stitch on either end not the appropriate x-box stitch for webbing
The pockets and slots for pens and stuff are against the back wall of the bag, the side that's gonna jab into your back while carrying it... genius.

------UPDATE--------I've had this bag for 10 months now. It's been the best Amazon purchase yet. This bag has held up with no problems, and we've put it through the ringer. It's been yanked, pulled, snatched, dragged in every possible way. The velcro, which was one of my concerns, works great and showing no signs of pilling. I've had no issues with stitching coming loose. The only small thing is some of the rubber padding on the shoulder strap is showing wear. All of my pockets,zippers and pouches are in great condition. I'd purchase this bag again in a heartbeat! Water bottle holder works great for travel sized tissues. I do find it annoying that I can't stick an actual bottle in the pocket designed to hold bottles. The strap across my chest, I've gotten use to. Overall it's a wonderful product that seems to be holding up with out any signs of me needing to replace it anytime soon. I have washed the bag in cold water hung dry, and it took the washing perfectly.

I purchased this bag relying heavily on other's comments. I was worried about the size of the bag, but the comments on what they were able to fit helped. (If you read some of the other comments, I agree with the waterbottle holder being too small for a practical sized bottle.)
I wanted to switch my purse for something more pratical. I have a toddler with special needs and I need to be able to have breathing treatment and g-tube supplies on me at all times. Not to mention the spare diaper, sippy cup and whatever my daughter and husband ask me to carry. I can fit my kindle too, but it's a tight fit with everything else.
My purse ended up ripping under the pressure. This bag has great comparments so my toddler has his own section, and I have mine. I love this aspect! I can grab my wallet with out having to dig around for it. It also is great when my toddler dashes and I don't have to worry about the contents of my purse tumbling out as I try and scoop him up. The bag has sturdy velcro that holds the flap down, along with a semi-useless buckle. I have a slight concern of the velcro pilling and not sticking as well as it does now. I clip my keys on the outside along with my hand sanatizer. Everything I could want.
I can take out my wallet, readjust the strap and let my husband take the bag if he has our son. The bag I choose is gender nuetral(Charcoal).
The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because the shoulder cushion isn't moveable. It's very cushy, and nice don't get me wrong. But if I throw the bag so it's behind me then the strap is thick and bulky going across my chest. It would be nice if it slid over so the cushion was still on my shoulder or out of the way all together.

It was very easy with the well-placed padded handles to load it into the overhead bin. It is an extremely lightweight suitcase and is also very stylish. The brown color is a deep shade and has a really pretty sheen to it. We will use this as our main bag for our 8 day trip coming up!

This suitcase is absolutely outstanding. High quality, strong, and not prone to scuff marks and other damage that my cheaper hardcase suitcases have suffered. Instantly recognizable at the airport too, I have yet to see one like ours (ours is kind of a light blue type color). Easy to roll around, feels extremely light even when fully packed. I love the packing division as well, which is not through the middle like most hardcases, but at about 3/4s. This makes it easier for us to pack large items such as gifts into the suitcase, and to keep suits and shirts from wrinkling in the thinner pocket. The medium trip size was more than large enough, and with the weight limits on suitcases these days, the even larger size (extended trip) might become too heavy when fully packed, so I would recommend the Vapour Medium Trip.

I love the look and the million pockets it has..... however, its just so heavy. Since its got so many pockets, its great to keep everything organized but I'm not sure its such a great diaper bag. The pockets are kind of slim. Also, the bag is a bit heavy when empty, it really gets heavy with all your baby stuff in it.
It has three different pockets, and a mommy pocket in the front that you can keep your wallet etc in. The outside pockets are designed for clothes diapers etc and the inside one is designed for dirty or wet clothing. It also comes with a insulated bottle holder and straps to strap it to the stroller. The straps are handy but with how heavy the bag is it causes my stroller to tip if I let go for even a second.

I love this bag! If you are looking for something small this is not the bag for you. If you want a bag that is organized with a place for everything and then some, I highly recommend it. It's worth paying a little more for.The front, smaller pocket is perfect for holding all of Mom's goodies. It has two "cell phone" style pockets and a little mesh one attached to the inside for organizing. It also comes with a key chain that attaches with a click so your keys never end up in the bottom of your bag.
Next to that there is a large, open zipped section that has a small and shallow zipped pouch on the side.
In the middle there is a zipped section that is made up of an anti-microbial material. Comes in handy if you have a soiled set of clothes and no plastic bag to put them in. Wipes out clean!
The last section is nicely set up to organize lots of baby needs. There is a pouch for one of those slim plastic holders for wipes. There is also a very nicely made and large changing pad that is the anti-microbial material on one side and the same leather the bag is made up of on the other. There is a snap in pouch that fits two bottles or cups and has the anti-microbial material inside as well (doesn't keep cold on long adventures, but keeps cold for shorter outings). There is also a large zipped section in the side that is lined with the anti-microbial material.
The bag also came with a matching leather bottle holder, a small leather organizing pouch, and stroller hooks.
I get complimented a lot on this bag. While it is large(you never know what you will need when kids are in tow!), it holds everything I need for my kiddos but it doesn't feel like I am carrying a diaper bag... it's too stylish! It is made well and out of high end materials. It wipes clean and the zippers are strong. What I love the most is that I always know where the things I need are. It really keeps me organized and looks great while I'm at it! I highly recommend this purse, I mean diaper bag!

This backpack is adorable and functional . . . from a distance. The packaging left residual stickiness and it was when I looked closer to get it off that I saw how poorly put together this item is. To be fair, it is primarily the decorations. The stitching on the monkeys ears, tail, etc is just not high quality. There are stray strings, rough edges. The material is sort of faux leather and I expect it won't last. The functionality is not compromised and as I said, the kids love it but if I had seen this in the store, seen how poorly it is put together, I would have kept looking for something else.

Case Logic NOXC-116 Hydrus 16-Inch Laptop Case (Black)
THE QUICK TAKE: While I'm a big fan of Case Logic cases, I can't recommend this case. It's well made, and the design features are attractive. But while the a-place-for-everything design may appeal to a few, most people won't use all the nooks and crannies, and they don't seem all that functional, for those who care more about function than design. And most importantly, there is almost no protection around the edges of the laptop compartment and protecting your laptop is the most important function of a case.THE FULL REVIEW:
CASE LOGIC MAKES GOOD CASES: I've bought quite a few Case Logic cases. They've always seemed to strike a good balance of quality and price, resulting in a good value. Case Logic has also been making laptop cases for a long time, and they've continually worked to improve the design of their cases. So they are nice to use and very functional.
I will say that if I can find a good deal on a slightly better quality case, say a Roo Case, I'll make the jump. But usually I'm too cheap to pay $50-60 for a nice case, given that I'm not a heavy traveler with my personal laptop.
BUT THIS ONE, NOT SO MUCH: I wouldn't normally buy a laptop case in, say, the Brenthaven case price class. I don't use it enough to justify that. The price of this case puts it in a different price class than other Case Logic cases I've used, so expectations are pretty high.
And in some ways those expectations are met. The build quality is nice. (Though I'm always suspicious of non-metal clips on the straps.) The blue lining color sets a nice mood. The design is attractive, in a way. Until you start thinking about whether you'd really use all those little pockets and places, and whether there's still room for, say, a thick stack of documents and your charger. The stretchy outside pocket is kind of neato, but ultimately not that useful or attractive. And I don't like the handles, the zippers, or especially the clips on the strap I put the strap on and take it off regularly, and these clips are awkward.
But the real deal breaker for me is the lack of protection around the edges of the laptop compartment. This kind of case is going to put down onto hard floors by frazzled, distracted travelers, and it should be built to protect the laptop. There's just a very thin foam, and no harder layers, to protect the laptop edges, sides or corners.
I'm a practical, thrifty, value-oriented sort of person, and it speaks volumes that even though I was given this case free by Amazon Vine to try it I'm not going to use it. I'm also pretty careful. But I just don't want to have to think about how I'm setting the laptop down all the time, or whether I might bump into something. I'll find a nice case with more protection. Maybe one of those nice, not too expensive, Case Logic cases ...
I was a bit rushed shooting the video review, so here's what I missed:
This laptop bag has all the conveniences of a traveling techie. One of the side pockets is open and elastic to fit a journal, bagel or an electronic gizmo for easy and quick access. The shoulder strap detaches very easily. The only negative aspect of the design I noticed is the bag handle. Whereas the shoulder strap is thick with lots of cushion, the handle is thin with inadequate cushion. If you carry your bag using the shoulder strap, this shouldn't be a concern. I do, so this deficiency for me is irrelevant.
4 stars primarily because of the price, which at the time of this review was just under $100. If you buy this product, make sure you use it for years. Case Logic, with its 25 year warranty has put is money where its mouth is.
I use a laptop for work, and I would highly recommend this product.

The first thing I noticed was the shoulder strap and handle. They are both better by far than other laptop bags I've had and this matters to me a lot. The shoulder strap is usually the first thing that goes on my bags and this one is made to last. The handle is really a dual handle that you grab altogether when the bag is closed. The handle feels great too, much better than I expected. The zippers are pretty good.The bag is smartly designed to actually hold the things people carry, with pockets for each type of item. There's a tablet pouch for an iPad or other tablet. There's an area for keeping folders and papers and it's separate from the laptop. It has an outside zipper pocket, a necessity. There's a lot more too.
The case is just the right size to carry on a flight. The Velcro strap attaches to luggage and works very well to attach to chair legs for security when in public places. The strap is easy and quick to use yet strong. It's worth mentioning again that the handles are superior as well as the shoulder strap perfect for travel.
The way this laptop bag is designed, no one part is likely to be used up well ahead of the other parts. I think the whole bag will be on the same life cycle. I like this laptop bag a lot.

When you first get this case, it will take you a while just to explore it all. There are a multitude of compartments, pockets, slots, and spaces in a wide variety of sizes. If you can't find a place in this bag for your item, you either aren't trying, or maybe you don't need to carry that item! I could easily carry both my laptop and netbook, with a tablet or Kindle thrown in for good measure. There are places for all my cords, chargers, mouse, camera, papers, book, pens, whatever. Many of the pockets are lined with soft fabric that would be gentle to delicate screens. The bag feels sturdy, the handles and straps are padded, and the so-called "bagel" pocket in the front hasn't held a bagel yet, but it's great for a snack bar or two. I haven't yet needed to use the "security straps" that would enable you to attach the bag to a chair or table, but I think that could be an important feature to some people. My husband is certainly much more of the "tech" person in our household, and he absolutely loved this case. He's been needing a good one for a while, and this one is really well-made. It's durable and has great straps, and lots of compartments for organization. It's definitely roomy and holds a lot more than it looks like it does. (Always a great plus.)Another great item from Case Logic we have several of their products, and they never disappoint. They always put out top-notch products. In fact, I can't think of any electronics or gizmos we have in our house that doesn't have a case logic case to house it in. We've been very pleased with this company, and this laptop case is no exception.
